Kentucky Route 137 (KY 137) is a 24.398-mile-long (39.265 km) state highway in Livingston County, Kentucky. It runs from U.S. Route 60 (US 60) north of Smithfield to KY 133 in rural Livingston County south of Carrsville. KY 137 is split into two segments by a gap on the northwest side of Carrsville.

Livingston County, Kentucky County in the United States

Livingston County is a county located in the U.S. state of Kentucky. As of the 2010 census, the population was 9,519. Its county seat is Smithland. The county was established in 1798 from land taken from Christian County and is named for Robert R. Livingston, a member of the committee that drafted the Declaration of Independence. The county was strongly pro-Confederate during the American Civil War and many men volunteered for the Confederate Army.

U.S. Route 60 (US 60) in the state of Kentucky parallels the Ohio River from Cairo, Illinois, to Louisville, and then takes a direct eastward route to rejoin the Ohio River in downtown Ashland, Kentucky as it joins US Route 23 southbound and continues as a multiplex to Catlettsburg where it turns east and exits the state and enters Kenova, West Virginia.
