Khalid Nizami is a Pakistani comedian actor and music composer. He is primarily known for playing a comedy role in Haseena Moin's play Ankahi. He has played several comedy characters in PTV dramas since 1970. In 1973, he composed a song "Tum Sung Nainan Laagay" which was sung by Rubina Badar and became a classic hit. He also composed some songs for the singer A. Nayyar. [1] [2]

Nizami also acted in Haseena Moin's plays Eid Ka Jorra and Shehzori (1974). [3] He appeared in some Urdu films, including Haqeeqat (1974), which was directed by Nazar-ul-Islam. [4]

Shehzori is a Pakistani Urdu-language television series that aired in 1974. It was the debut serial of Haseena Moin, who later went on to become the most famous and successful drama writer of Pakistan, and to this day no writer has matched the popularity that she achieved. Shehzori is based on a work of the same name by Mirza Azeem Baig Chughtai. It was directed by Mohsin Ali.

Shehnaz Sheikh is a Pakistani television actress, host, and theatre director. She has appeared in the drama serials Tanhaiyaan and Ankahi, as well as the show Uncle Sargam. After her successful television career, she left the industry in the mid-1990s and has since been retired.

Later on, she appeared in many as hit TV serials on PTV from 1968 to now. She also did a TV show Mithu Aur Aapa, a critically acclaimed comedy play on Hum TV.

Aj Diyan Kurrian is a 1977 Pakistani Punjabi romantic comedy film produced and directed by Kamal. The lead cast included Kamal, Neelo, Nisho, Najma, Naveen Tajik, Rangeela, Jamshed Ansari, and Badar Munir. It was a hit comedy film and won the Best Punjabi Nigar Award for the year.
