Khandaker Muhammad Shahidul Emran, ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil is a Bangladesh Army two-star general. [1] He is currently serving as the Commandant of the Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA). [2]

Emran was commissioned on 09 June 1992 from the 26th BMA Long Course into the Corps of Infantry. [1] He has notably served as the CO of 29th Bangladesh Infantry Regiment and Brigade Commander of the 69th Infantry Brigade. [1]

He was promoted to the rank of major general on 3 January 2024, when he was made Commandant of the Bangladesh Infantry Regimental Centre. [3] Later, he was trasnferred as the head of the BMA. [2] [4]
