Khotso Motau

Khotso Godfrey Motau (born 7 October 1981) is a South African boxer. Motau, nicknamed "masterpiece" [1] was born in Soweto, a township outside of Johannesburg. He qualified for the 2004 Summer Olympics, where he fought as a middleweight. He lost in his only bout to Ukraine's Oleg Maskin. [2]

Motau has been compared to South African boxing great Dingaan Thobela. [1]

Khotso Sethuntsa african herbalist

Khotso Sethuntsa (1898–1972) was a celebrated African herbalist who lived in the Eastern Cape town of Lusikisiki. By the mid-twentieth century, he was perceived to be a powerful man whose wealth was amassed through his relationship with the spirits from the water, known in Xhosa as ooMam’Mlambo. Little material evidence attests to his supernatural powers, with only oral accounts available to describe his talents. What was widely known amongst black South Africans at the time was that he was a millionaire with 23 wives and had an expansive clientele that included J.G. Strijdom and Hendrik Verwoerd.
