Naveen Patnaik is an Indian statesman, politician and writer serving as the current and 15 Chief Minister of Odisha representing the Hinjili Assembly constituency since 2000. He is the longest-serving chief minister of Odisha and as of 2024, one of the longest-serving chief ministers of any Indian state, holding the post for over two decades, and only the second Indian chief Minister after Pawan Chamling to win five consecutive terms as Chief Minister of an Indian state. He is the first president of the Biju Janata Dal since 1997. He served as the Union Minister of Steel and Mines from 1998 to 2000 and a member of the Lok Sabha from Aska from 1997 to 2000.
Bijayananda Patnaik was an Indian politician, aviator and businessman. He served as the 3rd Chief Minister of the State of Odisha from 1990 to 1995 and from 1961 to 1963. He was also the 14th Steel and mines and 1st Coal Union Minister of India from 1979 to 1980 and from 1977 to 1979 and a member of Lok Sabha from Kendrapara from 1977 to 1985. He was the father of Naveen Patnaik, who is the current CM of Odisha and currently the longest serving CM of Odisha.

Ravenshaw University, formerly known as Ravenshaw College, is a co-educational state university situated in Cuttack, Odisha on the eastern coast of India. SAI International Residential School is a CBSE affiliated residential school inaugurated by Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik in April 2018 at Cuttack on the outskirts of Bhubaneshwar. Adruti Laxmibai was an Indian freedom movement activist and politician. She received her bachelor's degree from Dayacician College in Calcutta and later enrolled to study medicine at the Christian Medical College in Vellore. She was elected for the Berhampur constituency in 1937 and 1946 and was the deputy speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly, formerly known as Orissa, in 1946. She notably introduced a policy of free education for girls in Odisha.
Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana is a universal health coverage scheme launched by Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik. The program extends coverage to approximately 70 lakh families, with the state government allocating a budget of 250 crore rupees. Services:
- Free health services are available in all state government health care facilities, starting from the subcenter level up to the district headquarter hospital level, with Swasthya Mitras deployed at help desk.
- Annual health coverage of Rs 5 lakhs per family and 7 lakhs per female members of the family.
Amar Patnaik is a former Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer under the Comptroller & Auditor General (CAG) of India and former Principal Accountant General (PAG) of Sikkim, Odisha, West Bengal, and Kerala. He opted for voluntary retirement, nine years before completion of his service and joined Biju Janata Dal in the presence of party president and CM Naveen Patnaik on 29 August 2018. Since 28 June 2019, he is the member of the Parliament of India representing Odisha in the Rajya Sabha and general secretary of the BJD Parliamentary Party office, the upper house. He heads the IT-Wing and is also a spokesperson of Biju Janata Dal.

Humans For Humanity (HFH) is a non-governmental organization, founded by renowned social worker Anurag Chauhan, headquartered in Dehradun, India. It is working to bring awareness about menstrual health, hygiene among women across India. It is providing health, hygiene and comfort to women, especially in poverty-stricken and rural areas in India. The organization empowers women by educating women and young girls on menstruation and menstrual hygiene, and by conducting workshops to produce low-cost sanitary pads. The WASH project started by Humans For Humanity has reached over 3 million women in over 6 states in India in the last 6 years, as of October 2020.
Kartik Pandian, is a member of the Biju Janata Dal from the state of Odisha and a former IAS officer. In November 2023, Pandian was appointed as Chairman 5T with the rank of a Cabinet Minister. Prior to this, Pandian served as the Private Secretary to the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for 12 years and Secretary to the Chief Minister's Transformational Initiatives of the Odisha Government.
