Knockout Blessing is a 2018 Nigerian action thriller film directed by Dare Olaitan and co-produced by Olaitan with Olufemi Ogunsanwo, Bibi Olaitan, and Niyi Olaitan. [1] The film stars Ade Laoye with Bucci Franklin, Ademola Adedoyin, Linda Ejiofor, Meg Otanwa and Tope Tedela in supporting roles. [2] [3] The film revolves around a girl Blessing whose ambition is to achieve success in her dreams by eradicating poverty. [4] However she unexpectedly moved to criminal underworld and gradually reached to Nigerian political system. [5]

The Black Book is a 2023 Nigerian crime thriller film produced and directed by Editi Effiong, starring Richard Mofe-Damijo, Sam Dede, Shaffy Bello, Femi Branch, Alex Usifo, Ade Laoye and Ireti Doyle. The film was released to Netflix on 22 September 2023, Nigerian online newspaper Premium Times has likened Richard Mofe-Damijo's character in the film to John Wick's character owing to the storyline leaning towards a former hitman who is now drawn back into the criminal underworld he had abandoned.

Finding Hubby 2 is the 2021 sequel to the Nigerian romantic comedy Finding Hubby starring Ade Laoye, Kehinde Bankole, Muna Abii, and Charles Etubiebi. Based on the blog series of the same name by Tunde Leye who also serves as executive producer, it follows the life of Oyin Clegg who returns to the chaotic world of dating after she stumbles on her fiancé's secret. The movie was released via Netflix on September 16, 2022.
