Kosovan-Qatari relations are foreign relations between Kosovo and Qatar. Kosovo declared its independence from Serbia on 17 February 2008 and Qatar recognized it on 7 January 2011.
The case of Kosovo War was discussed by members of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation in Qatar in 1998. [1] On 7 January 2011 Qatar became the 73rd country to officially recognize the independence of Kosovo. Nearly in the same time Qatar voted in favor of Kosovo's membership on the World Bank. [2] In May 2015 Deputy Foreign Minister of Kosovo Petrit Selimi visited Qatar, where he discussed with Qatari officials about existing opportunities to further the cooperation in areas such as economy and education. [3] Some Kosovar young people work in Qatar, mainly in the service sector, attracted by good job opportunities and high salaries. This has caused among parts of Kosovo society concerns about exploitation of young workers in illegal activities. [4]
Foreign relations of Qatar is conducted through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Arab states were among the first to recognize Qatar, and the country gained admittance to the United Nations and the Arab League after achieving independence in 1971. The country was an early member of OPEC and a founding member of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Diplomatic missions to Qatar are based in its capital, Doha.
The Kosovo national football team represents Kosovo in men's international football. The team is controlled by the Football Federation of Kosovo, the governing body for football in Kosovo, and is under the jurisdiction of FIFA globally.

International recognition of Kosovo, since its declaration of independence from Serbia enacted on 17 February 2008, has been mixed, and international governments are divided on the issue. The Government of Serbia does not diplomatically recognise Kosovo as a sovereign state, although the two countries have enjoyed normalised economic relations since 2020 and have agreed not to try to interfere with the other's accession to the European Union.
Petrit Selimi is a former Kosovar Albanian politician, who has served as a Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo. He initially served in the position of a Deputy Foreign Minister during two consecutive mandates, under Prime Ministers Hashim Thaci (2011–2014) and Isa Mustafa (2014-2017). After the election of the former Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci as a President of Kosovo, Selimi was named the country's Foreign Minister.
The State of Qatar and the Republic of Turkey established bilateral relations in 1972. There has been ongoing cooperation and dialogue in regional and international issues since the 2010s, particularly in the Syrian Civil War and the Egyptian Crisis. Both countries also support the same groups in post-Gaddafi Libya. Most recently, Turkey provided diplomatic and food support to Qatar during the 2017 Qatar diplomatic crisis. Some political analysts claim that bilateral relations are mostly limited to political and military affinity, referring to the low trade volume, lack of trade agreements and absence of Turkish think tanks in Qatar.

Bangladeshi–Kosovan relations are foreign relations between Bangladesh and Kosovo. Bangladesh recognised the Republic of Kosovo as independent state on 27 February 2017. A year later on the same date, Kosovan consul in New York Teuta Sahatqija and Bangladesh's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Masud Bin Momen signed a treaty to officially establish diplomatic relations.

Selim Selimi is a Kosovar politician, who served as the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kosovo from 3 June 2020 to 22 March 2021. He previously served as the Rule of Law Advisor and later as Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Kosovo and before that he was appointed as Rule of Law Advisor to the President of Kosovo.

Iraqi–Kosovar relations are foreign relations between Iraq and Kosovo. Formal diplomatic relations between two states are non-existent as Iraq does not recognize Kosovo as a sovereign state.
