Krysten Moore (born November 22, 1989) is from Mahwah, New Jersey and is the founder of "S.H.I.N.E." (Students Helping Instill New Esteem), the winner of the 2007 Miss Teen New Jersey International pageant, the 2008 National American Miss New Jersey Teen pageant, and is the National Youth Ambassador and spokesperson for Love Our Children USA and STOMP Out Bullying. Bullied past

Bullied in her youth because of her weight, she went on to founded S.H.I.N.E. as a means to educate others as to the harmful effects of bullying and how to overcome its effects. [1] [2] [3] Through her organization she has been able to speak to thousands of students worldwide. [2] [3] As an honor student at Immaculate Heart Academy recognized by the 2004/2005 Who's Who Among American High School Students, [4] she entered the Miss Teen International pageant, received the "Congeniality Award", and was chosen "Miss Teen New Jersey International". [1] She is now the National Bully Prevention spokesperson for Love Our Children USA and has accumulated more than 15,000 hours of community service by volunteering with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity MDA and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund. [1] [3] She has been featured on national and local TV, including the Rachael Ray Show , CBS Early Show, Access Hollywood, Good Day Street Talk, New Jersey News 12, New Jersey FIOS News One, MTV Documentary Bullied, Cake Boss and rang the NASDAQ closing bell. Moore participated as a special presenter on the subject of bullying at the 3rd and 14th Annual New York State Cyber Security Awareness Conference in Albany, New York. [6]

Pageant history

Krysten has been involved in the pageant circuit for several years and won Miss South Jersey 2010, Miss Columbus Day 2011, Miss Bergen County 2012, Miss Gateway 2013 which enabled her to compete for Miss New Jersey. Moore is actively fundraising for S.H.I.N.E, Children's Miracle Network, STOMP Out Bullying, and Love Our Children USA.[ citation needed ]

The Miss Universe Organization previously operated Miss Teen USA, as well as Miss USA, until 2020 when the rights to produce both pageants were licensed to Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart prior to her suspension in October 2022, thus returning the said pageants to the Miss Universe Organization. The parent company of all three pageants and the Miss Universe organization remains the same under the licensing agreement: JKN Metaverse Inc., a subsidiary of JKN Global Group.

Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2007 was the second Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant, held at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, on August 19, 2006.

Hailey Colborn is an American beauty queen who was crowned Miss Teen USA 2018. She is the second entrant from Kansas to win the title after Keylee Sue Sanders won Miss Teen USA 1995.

Miss USA 2020 was the 69th Miss USA pageant. It was held at the Exhibition Centre and the Soundstage at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, on November 9, 2020. Akbar Gbaja-Biamila and Allie LaForce served as hosts, while Cheslie Kryst and Christian Murphy served as backstage commentators, and Haley Reinhart performed. Cheslie Kryst of North Carolina crowned Asya Branch of Mississippi as her successor at the end of the event. Branch is the second consecutive African American to win the title, and the fourth one in five years. This is Mississippi's first win at the Miss USA pageant. Branch represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant and placed in the Top 21.

Valentina Belén Sánchez Trivella is an American activist, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021. She also represented the state of Nueva Esparta at the Miss Venezuela 2020 finishing as one of the finalists. Sánchez represented Venezuela at the Miss Supranational 2021 competition, finishing as third runner-up.
