Kunshan Zhenchuan High School is a public high school founded in 1997. The school is named after the famous Ming essayist Gui Youguang, who is also called Gui Zhenchuan. Zhenchuan High School became a key high school in Jiangsu Province in 1998 and then became a Three Star High School in Jiangsu in 2003. Later in 2004, it became a Four Star High School in Jiangsu. Xinghua High School (兴化中学) was founded in 1926 and its original name was "Xinghua County Junior High School (兴化县立初级中学)". The school is located in the original site of Wenzheng College (文正学院). The school had employed well-trained teachers to teach student, which made it become well known as the Kuan Xing Wui (群英会). After the Anti-Japanese War, the school moved to a temple in Xinghua city. After the New China was founded in 1952, the Jiangsu Civil Administration decided to name the school Jiangsu Xinghua School (苏北兴化中学). In 1953, it was renamed Xinghua High School, Jiangsu Province and became one of the provincial first-class high schools. In 1980, the provincial government claimed the school as a member of the province's first government run schools. In 1994, it was accepted as one of the provincial key high schools. In 2004, Jiangsu Province, it received the first four-star high school acceptance in Jiangsu province.
HuangQiao High School was set up in 1924 and became an important high school in Jiangsu Province, China, in 1996. It became one of the four-star high schools in Jiangsu Province in 2004. The school covers an area of about 70,000 square meters and has 62 classes, with 3,300 students, five Jiangsu Province special-grade teachers, and 86 head teachers.
Gui Youguang was a Chinese writer of Ming Dynasty. His courtesy name was Xifu (熙甫) and his art name was Zhenchuan (震川), and he was also known as Xiangji Sheng.

Jiangsu siyang middle school was founded in 1927 in Jiangsu province, China, developing a long history. In 1991, Siyang middle school went through the provincial key middle school review. In January 1999, it was approved by the provincial education commission and renamed "the jiangsu province siyang middle school". In the same year in July, Nanjing Normal University education signed a joint and Siyang middle school became Nanjing Normal University's experimental middle school. In April 2001, a national demonstration went through high school accreditation. In 2004, the provincial department of education selected it as a four-star school.
