While still residing in his hometown of Bothell,[ citation needed ] Cease was cast as Bogey Lowenstein in the 1999 movie 10 Things I Hate About You . Right after the film, he moved to Los Angeles. Two years later he was featured in Not Another Teen Movie , as the slow clapper. In the same year, he released his first CD, Wait Your Turn. He has made appearances on The Martin Short Show, One on One, Tuned Up, VH1's Super Secret Movie Rules, and in 2005, the movie The Hand Job. Cease has released a DVD of his nationwide tour called One Dimple. The DVD contains a road documentary, commentary and a performance clip of him on Premium Blend . He was also on Chelsea Lately and other shows that featured his off the cuff style.
In 2010, Cease released another Comedy Central album, entitled I Highly Recommend This .
He had a Comedy Central Presents special in 2006. He has had hundreds of TV and movie appearances in different commercials, sitcoms and late night shows, etc.
In 2007 Cease had a 1-hour Comedy Central special called Weirder Blacker Dimpler.

Eric Theodore Cartman, commonly referred to as just Cartman, is a fictional character in the adult animated sitcom South Park, created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. He is voiced by Parker, and is one of the series' four main characters, alongside Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, and Kenny McCormick. He first appeared with the name Kenny in the short film The Spirit of Christmas (1992), and later appeared in the 1995 film of the same title before debuting in "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe", the first episode of the series, on August 13, 1997.

It is the first part of a two-episode story-arc, which concludes with "Cartoon Wars Part II". One Dimple is a CD/DVD released by comedian Kyle Cease in 2006. The CD contained a recorded performance of one of Kyle's acts in the Seattle, Washington comedy club, The Comedy Underground. The CD contains 13 tracks, all but one being part of the stand-up routine. The last was a comedy sketch. The DVD contains a 52-minute-long documentary of Kyle's road tour of 68 colleges. It also includes a performance by Kyle on the Comedy Central television show Premium Blend. The documentary follows Kyle through his "68 College Tour" slightly as an 80's Nintendo game, a gag on Kyle's joke about Nintendo.
