Laga Xafo Laga Dadhi (Oromo : laga Xaafoo Laga Daadhii) is a city adjacent to Addis Ababa located in the Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne. [1] It was created in 2008 from North Shewa Zone (Oromia) [2]
