The Universities of Wisconsin is a university system of public universities in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It is one of the largest public higher-education systems in the country, enrolling more than 160,000 students each year and employing approximately 41,000 faculty and staff statewide. The system is headquartered in the state capital of Madison.
Kenosha is a city in and the seat of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 99,986 which made it the fourth-most populous city in Wisconsin. Situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan, Kenosha is a satellite city located roughly 40 miles (64 km) south of Milwaukee and 66 miles (106 km) north of Chicago and has significant cultural and economic connections to both cities. Interstate 94 runs along Kenosha's western border.

NAF is an industry-sponsored nonprofit with a national network of public-private partnerships that support career academies within traditional high schools. Each academy focuses on a theme that addresses the anticipated future needs of local industry and the community it serves in five major "college prep plus" fields of study that encourage and facilitate college preparation and technical training on career paths in finance, hospitality and tourism, information technology (IT), engineering, and health sciences. In 2019, the NFL awarded eight social justice organizations, including NAF, with a $2 million grant for "reduc[ing] barriers to opportunity."
The Conroe Independent School District's Academy of Science and Technology, located in The Woodlands, Texas is a magnet school in science and technology; it is also a member of the National Consortium of Specialized STEM Schools (NCSSS). It was founded at Oak Ridge High School in 1987 with the first graduates in 1991. The AST relocated to The Woodlands College Park High School in stages from 2005 to 2007. The first Headmaster in 1991 was Dr. Ron Laugen, who came from the Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley. He was succeeded in 2007 by Dr. Susan Caffery, who served until 2023. The third Headmaster is Dr. Debra Creel.
George Nelson Tremper High School is a high school located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Part of the Kenosha Unified School District, it was named after George Nelson Tremper, the principal of Kenosha High School from 1911 to 1944. The mascot of Tremper High School is the Trojan.

Beaver Local High School is a public high school near East Liverpool, Ohio, United States. Northeast Magnet High School, known locally as Northeast, is a public magnet high school in Bel Aire, Kansas, United States. It is operated by Wichita USD 259 school district. Northeast Magnet High School was the first magnet high school in Kansas. The magnet areas at Northeast include visual arts, science, and law. Students are also exposed to mathematics and language arts. Since it is a pure (non-neighborhood) magnet school, there is no district boundary placed by the school district, meaning any high school age student within the Wichita district limits, can attend the school without requiring a special transfer, they still, however, are required to apply for the school, then students are selected at random to attend.
Midland College (MC) is a public community college in Midland, Texas. It was established as an independent junior college in 1972 and held its first classes on campus in 1975. Since that time, the campus has expanded to a 704,752-square-foot (65,473.6 m2) main campus on 224 acres (0.91 km2) in Midland. It also has numerous locations in other parts of Midland and in Fort Stockton, the Pecos County seat.
Gateway Technical College is a public technical college in southeastern Wisconsin. It is one of the largest members of the state-run Wisconsin Technical College System, serving Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth counties.

Waxahachie Global High School is a high school in Waxahachie, Texas, founded in 2007 on the historic T.C. Wilemon campus. It is one of only 91 STEM academies in the state of Texas. It was additionally granted Early College High School status in 2009 through a partnership with Navarro College, allowing students to earn an associate degree along with their high school diploma. Recently, as of the start of the 2013-2014 school year, Global High made a partnership with UT Tyler for all the STEM-based college courses offered at Global. As a public charter school, students from Ellis County and surrounding areas can attend regardless of zoning. Many students commute from surrounding cities such as Waxahachie, Red Oak, Ennis, Maypearl, Midlothian, Palmer, Italy, Cedar Hill, and Desoto. In 2014, Waxahachie Global was named the "Best High School" by the U.S. News & World Report. Starting in the 2018-19 school year, the Global campus is located in the Billy R. Hancock Building.
The Academy of Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Science (ATEMS) is a STEM high school founded in 2009 located in Abilene, Texas. ATEMS is a part of the Abilene Independent School District. ATEMS is housed in premises owned by the Texas State Technical College System.

She is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 61st Assembly district since January 2023. She is also currently a member of the Kenosha County board of supervisors.
