Lake Asnacocha [1] (possibly from Quechua asna, asnaq foul-smelling, stinking, qucha lake) [2] is a lake in Peru located in the Cusco Region, Acomayo Province, Mosoc Llacta District. [1] It is situated southeast of Lake Pomacanchi.
