Landscape for a Good Woman: A Story of Two Lives is a non-fiction book by Carolyn Steedman, published by Rutgers University Press in 1987. [1] The book is an autobiographical class analysis which looks at the author's working class upbringing in 1950s London.

Nineteen Eighty-Four is a dystopian social science fiction novel and cautionary tale written by English writer George Orwell. It was published on 8 June 1949 by Secker & Warburg as Orwell's ninth and final book completed in his lifetime.
