Larkfield is the largest council housing estate in Greenock, Inverclyde, Scotland.
The estate is named after Larkfield Farm, Larkfield Road Greenock and Larkfield Road Gourouck are not the same road.
Aileymill and St Andrews primary schools are both situated in Larkfield. River Clyde Homes constructed 42 homes at the old Springfield site. Sacred Heart Primary School is home to the Larkfield Children's Centre.
St Andrew's Chapel is on Auchmead Road, as is Ravenscraig Stadium, Inverclyde Athletic's stadium, home to Greenock Juniors F.C. Football Club.

Larkfield estate forms part of the Larkfield, Braeside and Branchton Community Council (LBBCC). [1] [2] River Clyde Homes and Larkfield Housing Association provide social housing and help to buy properties within the estate. A varied mix of privately owned semi-detached dwellings are supplemented with new-build and refurbished local authority stock.
Amenities include a bakery, takeaways, supermarkets, health and beauty, post office and pharmacies. An industrial estate within Larkfield supports local, regional and international companies. This list includes Inverclyde Taxis, McGills Buses and Texas Instruments.
Public transportation links are served by bus service from Greenock to Burns Square. Taxi services are operated by Inverclyde Taxis alongside other private companies. Trains pass every hour on the Glasgow – Wemyss Bay line stopping at nearby Branchton station reach Glasgow in under an hour.

Westfield is an area of the town of Cumbernauld in Scotland. Westfield is a popular residential area originally built by Cumbernauld Development Corporation in the late 1970s and early 1980s. It comprises a residential area and a large industrial estate. Historically there was a farm at Westfield as shown on Roy's map of the Lowlands and the 1st 25 inch Ordnance Survey Map of Scotland. It is located near Condorrat and Broadwood Stadium, home of Clyde FC. Historically, there were two local primary schools, St Francis of Assisi Primary School and Westfield Primary School. St. Francis of Assisi Primary School closed in 2009. The site has been re-developed by North Lanarkshire Council with new, high quality social housing available to rent. The new street is named Netherinch Way. Westfield also has other modern, private developments for example a new Bellway Housing development sits near Broadwood stadium along with a neighboring housing development. Westfield has a selection of frequent bus services to Airdrie, Cumbernauld Town Centre, Glasgow, Kilsyth and Kirkintilloch with buses operated by David Allan Coaches, First Group & McGills. In 2017 plans for a new retail park near Broadwood Studium were approved.
Woodhall is a housing scheme in the lower east end of Port Glasgow, Inverclyde in Scotland. It stands on land once occupied by Woodhall mansion and estate. The mansion stood where St Martin's church now stands on Mansion Avenue. Woodhall is on a north facing slope, overlooking the River Clyde and is bounded on the north by the River Clyde, on the south by Parkhill Avenue, on the west by Port Glasgow cemetery and on the east by what is now the Castlebank housing estate which is on the site of the former Broadfield Hospital.
The lands of Finnart to the west of Greenock belonged to the Earl of Douglas in medieval times. Around 1455 they were forfeited to the crown. Finnart was given to the Hamiltons, while the western part of the barony of Finnart went to Stewart of Castlemilk and became the barony of Finnart-Stewart, or Gourock.
