Lars Uhre

Lars Uhre (born 18 April 1972) was coach of the Danish national badminton team from 2010 to 2016. [1]

Career

Graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2002, Uhre has a bachelor's degree in sports science and English. [1] From 2001 to 2006, he acted as the olympic coach of the Finnish badminton team. [1] From 2006 to 2010, he was the assistant national coach of the Danish national team. [1] In August 2010, he was promoted to coach of the Danish national team. [1]

Morten Olsen

Morten Per Olsen is a Danish football manager and former football player. Morten Frost or Morten Frost Hansen is a former badminton player and later coach, who represented Denmark. As a player, he spent twelve years in the top three of the world rankings.

Esbjerg fB

Esbjerg forenede Boldklubber is a professional football club based in Esbjerg, West Jutland, Denmark, that plays in the 1st, the second-tier of the Danish football league system. Founded in 1924 as a merger between Esbjerg Boldklub af 1898 and Esbjerg Amatørklub af 1911, the first team play their home games at Blue Water Arena which has been the club's home ground since its opening in 1955.

Lars Olsen

Lars Christian Olsen a Danish former footballer and current manager, who was most recently the manager of and Esbjerg fB in the Danish Superliga. He started his coaching career with Randers in 2003, guiding them to promotion for the Danish Superliga. He led the team to the 2006 Danish Cup trophy, and Olsen was named 2006 Danish Manager of the Year. He then coached Odense BK from 2007 to 2010.

Viktor Axelsen is a Danish badminton player. He was the 2017 World Champion and the bronze medalist at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He won the 2010 World Junior Championships, beating Korea's Kang Ji-wook in the final to become the first ever European player to hold the title. Axelsen was crowned European men's singles champion in 2016 and 2018. He is widely considered as one of the best badminton players in the world.

Denmark at the 2012 Summer Olympics Sporting event delegation

Denmark competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, from 27 July to 12 August 2012. The National Olympic Committee and Sports Confederation of Denmark sent the nation's second largest delegation to the Games after the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. A total of 113 athletes, 63 men and 50 women, competed in 17 sports, although two additional athletes played as team reserves. Handball was the only team-based sport in which Denmark was represented in at these Olympic games.
