She is a graduate of the Screen-Based Arts Department in Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, [8] where she earned her Bachelor degree of Fine Arts (B.F.A.).

Recognition

Lee Dror has received recognition [4] [9] [10] for her work in animation, the most recent of which is the inclusion of Pisces in the longlist for the 2024 Academy Awards in category of "Best Animated Short Film". [11] Among her accolades are awards for Best Animation Short at Student Cuts, Best Short Film at the Festival di Cortometraggi-Sorsicorti, and special mentions at both the STIFF Student International Film Festival and Promofest Short of the Year [12] . Her films have been featured in a multiple festivals, [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] such as the Stuttgart ITFS Trickfilm Animation Festival, Krok Festival, and the Manchester Animation Festival, among others.

Aardman Animations Limited, stylized as AARDMAN since 2022, is a British animation studio based in Bristol. It is known for films and television series made using stop motion and clay animation techniques, particularly those featuring its plasticine characters from Wallace & Gromit, Chicken Run, Shaun the Sheep, and Morph. Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design is a public college of design and art located in Jerusalem. Established in 1906 by Jewish painter and sculptor Boris Schatz, Bezalel is Israel's oldest institution of higher education and is considered the most prestigious art school in the country. It is named for the Biblical figure Bezalel, son of Uri, who was appointed by Moses to oversee the design and construction of the Tabernacle. The art created by Bezalel's students and professors in the early 1900s is considered the springboard for Israeli visual arts in the 20th century.

The Wanted 18 is a 2014 Palestinian-Canadian animated documentary about the efforts of Palestinians in Beit Sahour to start a small local dairy industry during the First Intifada, hiding a herd of 18 dairy cows from Israeli security forces when the dairy collective was deemed a threat to Israel's national security. The film combines documentary interviews with those involved in the events, archival footage, drawings, black-and-white stop-motion animation as well as re-enactments, and was co-directed by Canadian filmmaker Paul Cowan and Palestinian visual artist and director Amer Shomali. The film was the Palestinian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 88th Academy Awards but was not nominated.
