The South Korea women's national field hockey team represents the Republic of Korea. The team has participated in every Summer Olympic Games since 1988 and have won silver twice: at the 1988 Seoul Summer Olympics and at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics. They won the gold medal at the 1989 Women's Hockey Champions Trophy and the bronze medal at the 1990 Women's Hockey World Cup.
The South Korean women's national ice hockey team is controlled by the Korea Ice Hockey Association (KIHA). In 2017, the team was promoted to Division IB after winning the Division IIA World Women's Ice Hockey Championships. As of 2022, the team was ranked 18th in the world.

Renata Fast is a women's ice hockey player for the Toronto Furies of the Canadian Women's Hockey League. She was a member of the Clarkson Golden Knights squad that captured the 2014 National Collegiate women's ice hockey championship title. She made her debut with the Canada women's national ice hockey team at the 2015 4 Nations Cup, held from November 4–8 in Sundsvall, Sweden. She went on to represent the Canada women's national ice hockey team at the 2016 4 Nations Cup in Vierumäki, Finland, November 1–5. She competed in the 2017 Women's World Championships in Plymouth, Michigan, losing in overtime to the United States. She competed at the 2018 Winter Olympics, winning a silver medal.
Shin So-jung is a South Korean retired ice hockey goaltender and former member of the South Korean women's national ice hockey team and the Korean Unified women's ice hockey team, currently serving as an assistant coach to the South Korean national team. She was the first Korean to play professional women's ice hockey in North America, as a member of the New York Riveters in the 2016–17 season of the National Women's Hockey League.
