Legit Goons South Korean musical collective. They started their career in 2014 with their first studio album Change the Mood. [1] They released their second studio album Camp in 2016. [2] [3]

Their 2017 third studio album Junk Drunk Love won the 2018 Korean Hip-hop Awards Album of the Year and was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 2018 Korean Music Awards. [4] [5]

Their music is expressed as music with B-class sentiments and is well received by critics for its unique style of music. [6] [5] They released their fourth album Rockstar Games in 2019 and performed with Loopy and Nafla on The EBS space. [7]

Rhythmer (Korean: 리드머) is a South Korean online magazine that publishes hip hop music reviews, articles, and interviews with artists. The magazine was founded in 2001 by Kang Il-kwon, a hip-hop and R&B critic who is also a judge of the Korean Music Awards. Kang Il-kwon is also considered a "critic-like critic" among critics. They are regarded as the almost only official hip-hop critic website in South Korea.

Decadent was a South Korean indie rock band. The band formed in 2016 and disbanded in 2019. Their only studio album, Decadent (2018), was nominated for the Best Modern Rock Album at the 2019 Korean Music Awards.

<i>The EBS space</i> South Korean music television program

The EBS space is a South Korean music program broadcast by EBS. The first broadcast began in 2004, and it is broadcasting for 50 minutes every Friday from midnight in KST. It is a music program that holds a music concert at the EBS headquarters for four days every Monday to Thursday and processes the live performance, coverage, and interviews. It is a program in which performers are selected based on musicality and live capabilities and a performance without an MC. In recognition of its contribution to Korean popular music, it won a Committee Choice Special Award at the Korean Music Awards in 2007, and won the Cultural Diversity Award at the Sejong Culture Awards hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

EBS Hello Rookie Contest is a South Korean music competition aimed at discovering rookies, which began in 2007. The competition began as a project for rookies at The EBS space in 2007, and has been hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and co-hosted by the Korea Creative Content Agency and The EBS space since 2008. The two teams selected through video screening and public auditions every month have been introduced as "Hello Rookie of the Month " on the stage of The EBS space, and application qualifications will be given to rookie musicians whose first album has been released for less than 2 years, or who have never released an album. EBS Hello Rookie Contest is considered an influential competition in the Korean independent music industry, the competition that sets the stage for rookie musicians to become famous.

cotoba is a South Korean math rock band. The band currently consists of Dafne (다프네), Dyon Joo, Hyerim (혜림), and Minsuh (민서). Since their formation in 2018, the band has released a studio album 4pricøt (2022).

Cadejo is a South Korean funk band. The band currently consists of Lee Taehoon, Kim Jaeho and Kim Dabin. Since their formation in 2005, the band has released 2 studio albums: Pax (2008) and W.A.N.D.Y (2014). They won Rookie of the Year in 2009 and Album of the Year in 2015 at the Korean Music Awards. They are currently on hiatus from 2015.

Hollow Jan is a South Korean rock band. Since their formation in 2003, the band has released 2 studio albums: Rough Draft in Progress (2006) and Day Off (2014). Their album Rough Draft in Progress won Best Rock Album at the 2008 Korean Music Awards.

Kuang Program is a South Korean post-punk band. The band currently consists of Choi Taehyeon and Seo Kyeongsoo. Since their formation in 2011, the band has released three studio albums You or Me (2013), Closed Eyes (2016) and There is No More Snow on the Television (2021).

TRPP is a South Korean shoegaze band. The band was formed by singer-songwriter Yoon Jiyoung, Kang Wonwoo of IlloYlo, and Jeong Bonggil of Bye Bye Badman using their pseudonyms Chi Chi Cliché, Furukawa Yukio and Elephant 999. Since their formation in 2021, the band has released two studio albums: TRPP (2021) and Here to Stay (2022).

Achime (Korean: 아침) is a South Korean indie rock band. The band currently consists of Kwon Seonwook, Kim Sooyeol, Lee Sangkyu, Kim Kyeongjoo and Kim Jeongmin. Since their formation in 2008, the band has released two studio albums Hunch (2010) and Overcome (2012).
