Early life

Leonard Padilla was born in Firebaugh, California. [2] After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Air Force. [2] Padilla graduated from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 1980. [2] [3] He spent time in federal prison for tax evasion. [4] [5]
