Let's Be Nice is the second album by Boston post-grunge band Birdbrain released on February 18, 1997, on TVT Records. The album features their song "Youth of America" that was featured in the films Scream , [2] and Masterminds . It received positive reviews, [3] but failed to launch the band into the mainstream. "(She's Always) Glowing" was later featured on the TVT compilation Got TVT?. [4]

The only single released from the album was "Youth of America", which had been released from the album the year before. A video was released for the song which contained parts of the film Scream .

Big Audio Dynamite were an English band formed in London in 1984 by Mick Jones, the former guitarist and singer of The Clash. Nothingface (band) American metal band

Nothingface was an American alternative metal band from Washington, D.C., formed in 1993. Their best-known and most prolific line-up consisted of Matt Holt (vocals), Tom Maxwell (guitar), Bill Gaal (bass) and Chris Houck (drums). They disbanded in 2004, only to reform the following year, reuniting with Gaal and Houck, and then disband four years later. In 2017, Matt Holt died from a degenerative disease.

Birdbrain was an American post-grunge band, formed in Boston, Massachusetts, by neighborhood friends in 1992 and dissolved in 1997. They had some success with their song "Youth of America", which appeared in the 1996 film Scream, as well as a contribution to the soundtrack for the 1995 film The Last Supper with a cover of Paul McCartney's "Jet". They were formed by guitarist/singer/songwriter Joey Ammo and drummer Mike Benway and signed to TVT Records in 1995. With two CD albums and two soundtrack contributions they broke up in 1997.

Bliss is Birdbrain's debut studio album. It was recorded in 1995 at Newbury Sound, Boston, Massachusetts and released by TVT Records on August 15, 1995. Before Bliss, the band's only other releases was a demo tape, the song "Violence" on an anthology of Boston rock. It was their only album to have James Dennis on it. Despite a tour and promotion from TVT, the album was not successful. After the tour, on the eve of starting pre-production for the second album "Let's Be Nice" guitarist James Dennis was driven from the band over creative differences.

Stand Up and Scream is the debut studio album by British rock band Asking Alexandria. It was released on 15 September 2009 through Sumerian Records and was produced by Joey Sturgis. The album has charted at number 170 on the Billboard 200, number 29 on Top Independent albums, and number 4 on Top Heatseekers. The record managed to remain at the Top Heatseekers chart at position number 36 until the end of July 2010.
