Liam began his film career in 2007 when he directed and entered a 30-second teaser trailer for a new book (The Missing) into a competition being held by Penguin Books. Liam's entry went on to win the competition and was consequently screened before Spider-Man 3 at the Odeon, Leicester Square, London UK.
Liam co-founded Dresden Pictures with producing partner James Heath. Their first feature film, The Fitzroy, has just been completed and is due for release early 2017.
The Fitzroy won the Special Jury Recognition and Audience awards for Excellence in Title Design at the 2015 South by Southwest (SXSW) film festival. [1]
Justine Tanya Bateman is an American writer, director, and producer. Her former acting work includes Family Ties, Satisfaction, Men Behaving Badly, The TV Set, Desperate Housewives, and Californication. Her feature film directorial debut, Violet, starring Olivia Munn, Luke Bracey, and Justin Theroux, premiered at the 2021 SXSW Film Festival. Bateman also wrote, directed and produced the film short Five Minutes, which premiered at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival.

The Silver Pictures logo, also called The Chip, is modeled on a block pattern that Frank Lloyd Wright designed for the exteriors of the Storer House in Los Angeles. South by Southwest, abbreviated as SXSW and colloquially referred to as South By, is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and conferences organized jointly that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas, United States. It began in 1987 and has continued to grow in both scope and size every year. In 2017, the conference lasted for 10 days with the interactive track lasting for five days, music for seven days, and film for nine days.
