Robert Charles Sproul was an American Reformed theologian and ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church in America. He was the founder and chairman of Ligonier Ministries and could be heard daily on the Renewing Your Mind radio broadcast in the United States and internationally. Under Sproul's direction, Ligonier Ministries produced the Ligonier Statement on Biblical Inerrancy, which would eventually grow into the 1978 Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy. Along with Norman Geisler, Sproul was one of the chief architects of the statement. Sproul has been described as "the greatest and most influential proponent of the recovery of Reformed theology in the last century."

The Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals is an organization of Christian individuals that believes evangelicals have largely forgotten the foundations of the Christian Gospel and is dedicated to calling on the Protestant churches, especially those that call themselves Reformed, to return to the principles of the Protestant Reformation. To that end, they produce print and internet resources, broadcast radio programs and organize conferences aimed at teaching the Reformed version of the Christian message.

Roger R. Nicole was a native Swiss Reformed Baptist theologian and proponent of Christian egalitarianism and biblical inerrancy. He was an associate editor for the New Geneva Study Bible, assisted in the translation of the New International Version, and was a founding member of both the International Council on Biblical Inerrancy and the Evangelical Theological Society, serving as president of the latter in 1956.

He received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Diploma from the University of Lyon, his B.D. from the Union Theological Seminary, and Ph.D.(systematic theology) from the University of Edinburgh. He has written many books and is Richard Jordan Professor of Systematic Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, N.C. Notable books include If God Already Knows, Why Pray?, Systematic Theology, The Westminster Confession of Faith, and Christian Ministry Today: Studies in II Corinthians. He translated Sermons by John Calvin on II Samuel. He is serving with David F. Wright of the University of Edinburgh as a general editor for a revision of Calvin's Old Testament Commentaries. He was also enlisted to serve on the Jurisprudence project of The Christian Legal Society and serves on the Credentials Committee of the Central Carolina Presbytery.
