Lilach Parisky (born 21 July 1972) is an Israeli Olympic fencer. [1]
Parisky came in 17th in foil at the 1993 World Fencing Championships. [1]
She competed in the women's individual and team foil events for Israel at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, at 19 years of age. [2]
In the individual women's foil event, Parisky won in the first round, defeating Yanina Iannuzzi of Argentina, but lost in the second round. [2] In the first round of the team foil event, against China she went 1-1-1 (defeating Liang Jun and tying with Xiao Aihua). [2] In the second round against the United States she went 1-2 (defeating Felicia Zimmermann), as Israel came in 9th. [2]
Parisky came in 20th in foil at the 1998 World Fencing Championships. [1] She then came in 41st in foil at the 1999 World Fencing Championships. [1]
Mariel Leigh Zagunis is an American sabre fencer. She is a two-time Olympic champion in the individual sabre and the first American woman to win a gold medal in fencing at the Olympics. She was Team USA flag bearer in the 2012 Summer Olympics Parade of Nations. She has two Olympic bronze team medals and is a five-time Olympian.

Nicole Ross is an American foil fencer. Fencing for the Columbia Lions fencing team, she won the 2010 NCAA individual women's foil title, and was a three time All-American. At the 2012 Summer Olympics she competed in individual women's foil, coming in 25th, while in the team event she and her teammates came in sixth. At the 2018 World Championships, she and Team USA won the gold medal in the women's team foil event.

The fencing competitions at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris were run from 27 July to 4 August at the Grand Palais strip. A total of 212 fencers, with an equal distribution between men and women, competed across twelve medal events at the Games. For the second straight time, Paris 2024 witnessed both men and women fence against each other in the individual and team events held in all three weapons.
