Lisa Bjurwald (born 24 December 1978) is a Swedish journalist and author, covering culture and politics. She is a regular contributor to, for example, Expressen Kultur and The Local.
She has worked for media such as Expo between 2006 and 2011, she was editorial writer for Svenska Dagbladet in 2007 and Dagens Nyheter between 2008 and 2011. She has also been a columnist in for example Expressen newspaper and Journalisten. 2011-2017 she was part-owner and editor at Medievärlden. 2017-2019 she was editor-in-chief of Författaren (The Author) magazine.
In 2010, one of her reports won the European parliament journalist prize. [1] In 2013 she received the Teskedsordens book prize for her book Skrivbordskrigarna - Hur extrema krafter utnyttjar internet. [2] She is a Raoul Wallenberg Award nominee (2018). [3]

The Stig Dagerman Prize is a Swedish award given since 1996 by the Stig Dagerman Society and Älvkarleby municipality. It is named in honor of Swedish author Stig Dagerman. The award is given to a person who, or an organization that, in the spirit of Stig Dagerman, supports the significance and availability of the "free word", promoting inter-cultural understanding and empathy. It was inspired by Dagerman's poem En dag om året that sets forth a vision of peace for humanity by imagining one day each year when the world is free from violence.
Melker Hallberg is a Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder for St Johnstone. Hallberg began his senior career at Kalmar FF, then in 2014, he signed for Italian club Udinese, and during his time there went on loan to Vålerenga, Hammarby IF, Ascoli and Kalmar FF. John Charles Kenneth Gärdestad was a Swedish songwriter, best known for writing lyrics for the songs of his brother, Ted Gärdestad. He participated at Melodifestivalen 1979 as a songwriter for the winning song "Satellit" performed by his brother. The song went on to Eurovision the same year, where it placed 17th. Gärdestad was also an architect, affiliated to the private Kunskapsskolan, where he designed the interior of several of its high schools. Gärdestad published the biography Jag vill ha en egen måne in 2005. In later years he became a mental health activist, and created the "Ted Gärdestad Stipend", a prize awarded to amateur singers and songwriter.
