Lisa Edel O'Rourke (born 13 May 2002) is an Irish amateur boxer who won a gold medal at the 2022 World Championships in the light middleweight division. [1] [2]

Career

Lisa's Sister Aoife Is a double Olympian (2024 & 2020) and four time European Champion (2019, 2022, 2023 & 2024)

Lisa became world champion on the 19th of May 2022 beating Alcinda Panguana in the final and beating Brigitte Mbabi, María Moronta, Ani Hovsepyan and Sema Çalışkan along the way

She is a Double European U22 Champion in 2022 and 2024 she beat Daria Parada of Poland in the 2022 final and beat Darya Letsko of the IBA-B in 2024
