Twentieth Television produced this limited-run serial, based on the a 2000 TV Azteca telenovela titled La Calle de las Novias. Two hour installments aired on Wednesday evenings through April, when the show moved to a one-hour slot on Wednesdays at 9 p.m.
Joel Berti is an American actor, acting coach and photographer. He is best known for his role as William Chandler on MyNetworkTV telenovela, Fashion House. He is the brother of Chiara Jude Berti, born in New York City, New York in 1977, who appeared on Season 3 of Big Brother, for which she created some dramatic content. In 2015, Joel was Lady Gaga's acting coach for American Horror Story: Hotel, where she went on to win the 2016 Golden Globe for best performance in a limited series.

The show focuses on fashion design and features hosts fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi and supermodel Iman. The contestants compete against each other to create the best clothes. They are restricted in time, materials, and theme; the resulting designs are judged and one or more designers is eliminated each week. The show was originally co-hosted by singer Kelly Rowland; she was replaced by Iman in Season 2.

Pretty Rhythm: Aurora Dream is a 2011 Japanese anime television series produced by Tatsunoko Production and Avex Pictures in cooperation with Takara Tomy and Syn Sophia, based on the arcade game of the same name. The series is part of the Pretty Rhythm franchise and an adaptation of Takara Tomy's 2010 arcade game Pretty Rhythm: Mini Skirt, which focuses on a group of Japanese idols known as "Prism Stars" that combine song and dance with fashion and figure skating. The anime is a tie-in to the Aurora Dream edition of the game, introducing a new character Aira Harune, along with returning character Rizumu Amamiya.
