    Bertha Puga Martínez was the wife of the 20th President of Colombia, Alberto Lleras Camargo, and served as First Lady of Colombia from 1958 to 1962. She was also the daughter of Arturo Puga Osorio, Chairman of the Government Junta of Chile in 1932. She died on 9 August, 2007 in Bogota, D.C, Colombia.

    Claudia Blum Capurro is a Colombian psychologist and politician who served as foreign minister. A veteran Senator, she became the first woman to serve as President of the Senate of Colombia. She also served as the 26th Permanent Representative of Colombia to the United Nations.

    María Clemecia "Tutina" Rodríguez de Santos is a Colombian socialité and graphic designer. As the wife of the 32nd President Juan Manuel Santos María Clemencia served from 2010 to 2018 as First Lady of Colombia, being the third wife of a president to serve for eight years and the second consecutively.

    First Lady of Colombia is the title held by the hostess of the Casa de Nariño, generally the wife of the president of Colombia, coinciding with the president's mandate. Although the role of the first lady has never been codified or officially defined, according to the Constitutional Court of Colombia, the first lady holds the title of private citizen before the public administration, but this gives the first lady an additional special role, since that, Being the wife of the president, the first lady symbolically embodies, together with the president, under the idea of national unity in accordance with article 188 of the Constitution of Colombia.     Susana López Navia was the wife of the 21st President of Colombia, Guillermo León Valencia Muñoz, and served as First Lady of Colombia from 1962 to 1964.
