The following is a list of Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball head coaches. There have been 10 head coaches of the Phoenix in their 56-season history. [1]

Green Bay's current head coach is Doug Gottlieb. He was hired as the Phoenix's head coach in May 2024, [2] replacing Sundance Wicks, who was hired to fill the coaching vacancy of the Wyoming Cowboys after the departure of their previous coach Jeff Linder following the 2023-24 season. [3]

He was a manager at Texas under former Longhorns coach Tom Penders, graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology. Sundance "Sunny" Wicks is an American collegiate basketball coach, currently men's head coach at the University of Wyoming. He has also been the head coach for Green Bay, an assistant at Wyoming, and two years as the head coach for the Missouri Western Men's Basketball Team. Wicks spent eleven years as an assistant at four different colleges, including Northern State, Colorado, Northern Illinois, and San Francisco. Between early coaching stints, Wicks launched the Arizona Power Basketball Academy and worked as a skill-instructor and director from 2011 to 2015. He has trained notable NBA pre-draft prospects at the Impact Basketball Academy in Las Vegas, and worked with athletes such as Kawhi Leonard, Marvin Bagley, Isaiah Thomas, Xavier Silas, and Alec Burks.

William Francis Ryan III is an American basketball coach who is the former head coach of the Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball team.

The 2020–21 Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball team represented the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Phoenix, led by first-year head coach Will Ryan, played their home games at the Kress Events Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin as members of the Horizon League. The Phoenix finished the season 8–17, 8–12 in Horizon League play, to finish in ninth place.

They participated as members of the Mountain West Conference for the 25th season.

Noah Reynolds is an American college basketball player for the TCU Horned Frogs of the Big 12 Conference. He previously played for the Wyoming Cowboys and the Green Bay Phoenix.
