Laid-Back Camp , also known as Yuru Camp, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Afro, which was later adapted into an anime series. [1] It follows Rin Shima in her solo camping when she encounters Nadeshiko Kagamihara, whom she later inspires to enjoy camping.

Contents

The series debuted on AT-X, with the first season aired from January 4 to March 22, 2018, [2] and consists of 12 episodes. [3] The second season aired from January 7 to April 1, 2021, [4] and consists of 13 episodes. [5] The third season premiered on April 4, 2024, [6] and currently consists of nine episodes. [7]

The first two seasons are available on Blu-ray and DVD, [8] [9] as well as on streaming services.

Six DVD compilations, containing all twenty-six episodes, were released by Media Blasters from September 27, 2005, and July 11, 2006. A premium complete season box set was released on November 7, 2006; the regular set followed on November 27, 2007. MVM Films distributed the series in the United Kingdom, with the individual volumes released between February 5, 2007, and December 3, 2007, in six similar DVD compilations. The third season of the Japanese animated television series Laid-Back Camp, based on the manga series of the same name by Afro, sees the Outdoor Activities Club continuing their adventures and camping in Yamanashi and Shizuoka prefectures following the group camping at Izu Peninsula, with Nadeshiko Kagamihara's chilhood friend Ayano Toki now joining them. It was animated by Eight Bit, with Masafumi Sugiura supervising the series composition and Shin Tosaka directing.
