HoiHoi-san, full title Ichigeki Sacchu!! HoiHoi-san, is a manga by Kunihiko Tanaka that spawned a PlayStation 2 game and a ten-minute OVA. In the year 20XX, insects have become immune to all pesticides. To combat the rising plague of cockroaches and other household pests, the tiny, doll-like extermination gynoids known as "Hoihoi-san" were created. They can hunt down insects and kill them with such miniaturized weapons as minuscule machine guns and tiny combat knives. They can also be treated as dolls, by dressing them up in costumes and buying accessories for them. The main robot of the anime wears a maid uniform and rabbit ears as accessories.
Winry Rockbell is a fictional character from Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist manga series and its adaptations. Winry is a teenage mechanic who often spends time with the central characters, brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric, who are childhood friends of hers. Specializing in mechanical repair, specifically prostheses called automail, Winry services Ed's replacement arm and leg. Originally meant to be introduced in the series' first chapters due to its lack of female characters, some of Winry's traits are based on Arakawa's own life. In the first anime adaptation, Fullmetal Alchemist, Winry is voiced by Megumi Toyoguchi in Japanese and by Caitlin Glass in the English version. In the second anime adaptation, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, she is voiced by Megumi Takamoto in Japanese, with Glass reprising the role in English.

It is directed by Tatsuya Nagamine, who previously directed HeartCatch PreCure!, and written by Yoshimi Narita, who previously wrote for Yes! PreCure 5, with character designs from Masayuki Sato of Air Gear. It began airing in Japan from February 2, 2014 to January 25, 2015, succeeding DokiDoki! Precure in its initial timeslot. The series' main topic is love, with the Cures' motifs are fashion styles and dance moves. It features trading cards, mirrors, and changing forms as important key elements. It was then succeeded by Go! Princess PreCure on February 1, 2015.
Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend, also known in the long form Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata and the short form Saekano, is a Japanese romantic comedy light novel series written by Fumiaki Maruto, with illustrations by Kurehito Misaki. Fujimi Shobo published thirteen volumes between July 2012 and October 2017 under their Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint. The story follows high school student Tomoya Aki, who recruits a trio of beautiful girls to help him develop a visual novel to sell at the Comiket convention.
Saori Ōnishi is a Japanese voice actress who is affiliated with I'm Enterprise. She played La Folia Rihavein in her first main role for the anime series Strike the Blood. She is known for her roles as Eriri Spencer Sawamura in Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend, Ais Wallenstein in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, and Vignette April Tsukinose in Gabriel DropOut. She won the Best Supporting Actress award and the Personality Award at the 12th Seiyu Awards.
Rainbow Days is a Japanese shōjo manga series written and illustrated by Minami Mizuno, and published in Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret magazine. A drama CD was released with the seventh volume of the manga in October 2014. A 24-episode anime adaptation produced by Production Reed aired between January and June 2016. Kiyono Yasuno is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Miyagi Prefecture. She attended voice actor training classes of the Avex Artist Academy before becoming affiliated with Avex Planning and Development. She is known for her role as Megumi Katō in the anime series Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend. In 2016, she became part of the musical unit Walküre, which performs songs for the anime series Macross Delta. She made her music debut in 2017 with the release of the mini-album Namida (涙。). She is also known as Kiyono Mezawa.
Summer Pockets is a Japanese visual novel developed by Key, a brand of Visual Arts. It was released on June 29, 2018 for Windows and is rated for all ages. Summer Pockets is Key's 13th game, along with other titles such as Kanon, Air, and Clannad. It has been ported to iOS and Android devices, and the Nintendo Switch. An English version for Windows was released by Visual Arts in 2020. An expanded version of the game titled Summer Pockets Reflection Blue was also released on June 26, 2020 in Japan. The story is set on a fictional island on the Seto Inland Sea and follows the life of Hairi Takahara, a young man who uses the recent death of his grandmother as an excuse to escape to the island after an unpleasant incident. Once there, he gets to know the townsfolk of Torishirojima and multiple girls who are the focus of the story.
BNA: Brand New Animal, or simply known as BNA by Netflix internationally, is an original Japanese anime television series produced by Studio Trigger. Licensed by Netflix and directed by Yoh Yoshinari, the 12-episode first season aired its first six episodes on Netflix in Japan in March 2020, followed by the remaining six in May of the same year. The series also aired on Fuji TV's +Ultra anime programming block from April to June 2020.
Saekano the Movie: Finale is a 2019 Japanese animated romantic comedy film based on the final six volumes of Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend light novel series by Fumiaki Maruto, who also served as the film's scriptwriter. The story follows Tomoya Aki and Megumi Katō in the development of their next game for Blessing Software after Eriri Spencer Sawamura and Utaha Kasumigaoka left the circle. The film was produced by CloverWorks and directed by Akihisa Shibata and Kanta Kamei.
