<i>Wowowee</i> Philippine noontime variety show

Wowowee is a Philippine noontime variety show that was broadcast by ABS-CBN from 2005 to 2010 replacing MTB. The show underwent two runs with the first from February 5, 2005 to February 4, 2006, and second and final from March 11, 2006 to July 30, 2010. It aired live on weekdays and Saturdays. The show was also broadcast worldwide through ABS-CBN's The Filipino Channel. The show's second run and program overall ended on July 30, 2010, and was replaced by a new variety show, Pilipinas Win Na Win, the following day on July 31.

In October 2002, Zubiri became widely known in the Philippines after posing on the top of the EDSA–Shaw flyover in Mandaluyong, wearing only a two-piece bikini. That photo shoot for FHM Philippines sparked controversy and prompted the then Mayor of Mandaluyong, Benhur Abalos, to file charges against Zubiri and FHM but it was later withdrawn after an apology.

Eat Bulaga! is the longest-running noontime variety show on Philippine television currently broadcast by TV5. It also airs on CNN Philippines every Saturday. Originally hosted by Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon; collectively known as the "TVJ", along with Chiqui Hollman and Richie D'Horsie, it premiered on Radio Philippines Network on July 30, 1979. The show is currently produced by TVJ Productions, Inc. and primarily hosted by the Sotto brothers and de Leon (TVJ) together with Allan K., Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Paolo Ballesteros, Ryan Agoncillo, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Maine Mendoza, Carren Eistrup, Miles Ocampo and Atasha Muhlach, collectively known as the "Legit Dabarkads". First Yaya is a 2021 Philippine television drama romance comedy series broadcast by GMA Network. Directed by L.A. Madridejos, it stars Sanya Lopez in the title role. It premiered on March 15, 2021 on the network's Telebabad line up replacing Anak ni Waray vs. Anak ni Biday. The series concluded on July 2, 2021 with a total of 78 episodes. It was replaced by The World Between Us in its timeslot.
