This is a list of the Vice-Admirals of Leinster, a province in mid-Ireland.

Prior to 1585 the whole of Ireland was served by a single vice-admiral, namely Thomas Radcliffe, 3rd Earl of Sussex (1558–1565), Gerald Fitzgerald, 11th Earl of Kildare (1564–1573) and Thomas Butler, 10th Earl of Ormonde (1585). Separate vice-admiralties were then established for Munster in 1585, for Ulster by 1602, for Leinster by 1612 and for Connaught by 1615. [1]

Adam Loftus, 1st Viscount Loftus was Lord Chancellor of Ireland. His uncle, also named Adam, was Archbishop of Armagh and Dublin.

Sir George Wentworth was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1640 to 1644. He fought for the Royalist army in the English Civil War.

Carey or Cary Dillon, 5th Earl of Roscommon (1627–1689) was an Irish nobleman and professional soldier of the seventeenth century. He held several Court offices under King Charles II and his successor King James II. After the Glorious Revolution he went over to the Williamite side, and in consequence was attainted as a traitor by James II's Irish Parliament in 1689, shortly before his death.

He was President three times of the Royal Statistical Society in 1838–1840, 1847–1849, and 1853–1855; and President of the British Association for the Advancement of Science in its inaugural year (1831–2).

Gentleman of the Bedchamber was a title in the royal household of the Kingdom of England from the 11th century, later used also in the Kingdom of Great Britain.

Charles Wilmot, 1st Viscount Wilmot of Athlone was an English soldier active in Ireland.

The Lord High Treasurer of Ireland was the head of the Exchequer of Ireland, chief financial officer of the Kingdom of Ireland. The designation High was added in 1695. After the Acts of Union 1800 created the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, the Consolidated Fund Act 1816 merged the Irish Inferior Exchequer into the British Treasury with effect from 1817, and the post of Lord High Treasurer of Ireland was abolished. The Superior Irish Exchequer, or Court of Exchequer, remained, led by the Chief Baron of the Irish Exchequer.
