This is a list of WBC Muaythai diamond champions, showing diamond champions certificated by the World Boxing Council Muaythai (WBC Muaythai). The WBC, which is one of the four major governing bodies in professional boxing, started certifying their own Muay Thai world champions in 19 different weight classes in 2005.

Jonathan Haggerty is a British Muay Thai fighter currently signed with ONE Championship. He is the reigning ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion and former ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion. As of April 22, 2023, he is the champion in the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai rankings.

Petchdam Petchyindee Academy, is a Thai Muay Thai fighter. Petchdam is a former ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion. He is also a former Lumpinee Stadium bantamweight champion, Thailand bantamweight champion, Toyota Marathon featherweight champion, and WBC Muaythai world featherweight champion.

Ruth Ashdown is an English retired muay thai fighter who competed professionally from 2007 to 2018. She is the former WBC Muaythai world flyweight and super-bantamweight champion, as well as the former WBC Muaythai International and Diamond champion. She is one of just five diamond belt holders in the world.

Grace Spicer is an English kickboxer and Nak Muay. She is the IKF World Flyweight champion, is the WBC Muaythai International and British Super Flyweight champion, and has challenged for the WBC Muaythai World Super Flyweight title.

Darren Rolland is a French Muay Thai fighter who has been competing professionally since 2017. He is the current World Boxing Council Muaythai World Featherweight and former WBC Muaythai International Featherweight champion.

Sean Clancy is an Irish Muay thai kickboxer and the reigning WBC Muaythai Super Lightweight World Champion.

Bobo Sacko is a French Muay Thai fighter, who has been professionally competing since 2010. He is the current WMC Welterweight World champion.
