Su Huan-chih Politician from Taiwan

Su Huan-chih (Chinese: 蘇煥智; pinyin: Sū Huànzhì; Wade–Giles: Su1 Huan4-chih4; born July 20, 1956) was the magistrate of Tainan County from 2001 to 2010, until Tainan County's merger into Tainan City. Tainan Special municipality in Taiwan

Tainan, officially Tainan City, is a special municipality in southern Taiwan facing the Taiwan Strait on its western coast. Tainan is the oldest city on the island and also commonly known as the "Capital City" for its over 200 years of history as the capital of Taiwan under Koxinga and later Qing rule. Tainan's complex history of comebacks, redefinitions and renewals inspired its popular nickname "the Phoenix City". Tainan is classified as a "Sufficiency" level global city by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network.

Districts are administrative subdivisions of special municipalities and provincial cities of Taiwan. There are two types of district in the administrative scheme.

Special municipality (Taiwan)

A special municipality is an administrative division unit in Taiwan. Under the administrative structure of Taiwan, it is the highest rank of division and is equivalent to a province. Since the streamlining of provinces in 1998, the special municipalities along with provincial cities and counties have all been directly under the central government.

Tainan City Government

The Tainan City Government is the municipal government of Tainan, Taiwan. It was formed after the merger of Tainan County and Tainan City in December 2010. Its chief administrator is the directly elected Mayor of Tainan.

Lee Chun-yee Taiwanese politician

Lee Chun-yee is a Taiwanese politician. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party, he served in the Legislative Yuan from 1996 to 2012 as a representative of Tainan.

Tainan City legislative districts consist of 6 single-member constituencies, each represented by a member of the Legislative Yuan. From the 2020 election onwards, the number of Tainan's seats was increased from 5 to 6.
