Euskaltel–Euskadi was a professional road bicycle racing team from Spain, Europe. The team was commercially sponsored, but was also partly funded by the Basque Government until the end of 2013, with riders either from the Basque Country, Navarre, La Rioja, and the French Basque Country, or who had grown up in the cycling culture of those regions: This policy was abandoned to enable retention of World Tour status. Its sponsor was Euskaltel, a Basque telecom company. Euskaltel–Euskadi was famous for its all-orange team kits. Whenever the Tour de France passed through the Basque Country many spectators lined the route dressed in the team's orange or the colours of the Basque flag. The Euskaltel team also has a second team inside the "Fundacion Euskadi", this team rode in a continental category, the name of the team was Orbea. This team was created with the aim of forming the young cyclist before going to the Euskaltel–Euskadi.
Fernando Escartín Coti is a Spanish former road racing cyclist. Between 1995 and 2000 he came in the top 10 of the Tour de France five times and in that same time period finished on the podium in 2nd place at the Vuelta a España, twice.
ONCE cycling team, also known as Liberty Seguros, Liberty Seguros–Würth and in succession in its final year, Astana–Würth and Astana was a Spanish cycling team. It competed in the UCI ProTour circuit.
Miguel Ángel Martín Perdiguero is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist. He finished his career riding on the UCI ProTour for the Phonak Hearing Systems cycling team, with whom he had ridden since 2005. His career highlights include winning the Clásica de San Sebastián and capturing the overall, points, and mountains competitions along with three stages at the Volta a Catalunya in 2004.
Koldo Gil Pérez is a former Spanish professional road racing cyclist who last rode for the UCI Continental team Liberty Seguros Continental. His career highlights include winning a stage of the Giro d'Italia and leading the overall classification at the Tour de Suisse.
Haimar Zubeldia Agirre is a Spanish former road racing cyclist from the Basque Country, who competed professionally between 1998 and 2017 for the Euskaltel–Euskadi, Astana, Team RadioShack and Trek–Segafredo teams. During his career, Zubeldia recorded five top-ten finishes in the Tour de France, and one in the Vuelta a España.
Marino Lejarreta Arrizabalaga is a retired Basque professional road racing cyclist. His biggest victory was capturing the 1982 Vuelta a España, a Grand Tour stage race, and he is the inaugural and record three-time winner of the Clásica de San Sebastián, which is now considered a one-day classic. In 1989, Lejarreta captured the Volta a Catalunya repeating one of his first professional wins in 1980 at the same event.
Francisco Gabicagogueascoa Ibarra was a professional road bicycle racer between 1961 and 1972. Of his 21 professional victories, Gabica is most famous for winning the 1966 Vuelta a España, besting runnerup Eusebio Vélez and third-place finisher Carlos Echeverría, both compatriots. At the 1968 Vuelta, Gabica captured three mountainous stages to win the climbers classification.

Rubén Plaza Molina is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer, who competed professionally between 2001 and 2019 for the Comunidad Valenciana–Kelme, Benfica, Liberty Seguros, Movistar Team, Lampre–Merida, Orica–Scott and Israel Cycling Academy teams. During his career, he recorded a top 5 overall placing in the 2005 Vuelta a España, and won three Grand Tour stages.
Ángel Vicioso Arcos is a Spanish former road racing cyclist, who competed professionally between 1999 and 2017 for the Kelme–Costa Blanca, Astana, Relax–GAM, LA–MSS, Andalucía–Cajasur, Androni Giocattoli and Team Katusha–Alpecin squads.
Domingo Perurena Telletxea or Txomin Perurena was a Spanish professional road racing cyclist. He was most famous for winning the overall mountains classification of 1974 Tour de France. He also finished second at the 1975 Vuelta a España and won a total of 12 stages in this race.
Iñaki Gastón Crespo is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer.
Mikel Zarrabeitia Uranga is a Spanish former road bicycle racer.
Pello Ruiz Cabestany is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist.
José Luis Laguía Martínez is a retired Spanish road cyclist and climber. He won a record five mountains classifications at the Vuelta a España during his career. As a faithful Domestique of Pedro Delgado he followed his leader to PDM–Ultima–Concorde when he left Reynolds.
Jaume Rovira is a Spanish former racing cyclist. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships.
Pedro Quintero Arreitunandia is a Spanish former professional cyclist.
Artiach was a Spanish professional cycling team that existed from 1984 to 1995. It was merged into the Kelme–Sureña team for the 1996 season, becoming Kelme–Artiach. Pedro Delgado won the general classification of the 1985 Vuelta a España with the team.
