The Billboard Hot 100 is the music industry standard record chart in the United States for songs, published weekly by Billboard magazine. Chart rankings are based on sales, online streaming, and radio airplay in the U.S.
Alternative Airplay is a music chart in the United States that has appeared in Billboard magazine since September 10, 1988. It ranks the 40 most-played songs on alternative and modern rock radio stations. Introduced as Modern Rock Tracks, the chart served as a companion to the Mainstream Rock chart, and its creation was prompted by the explosion of alternative music on American radio in the late 1980s. During the first several years of the chart, it regularly featured music that did not receive commercial radio airplay anywhere but on a few modern rock and college rock radio stations. This included many electronic and post-punk artists. Gradually, as alternative rock became more mainstream, alternative and mainstream rock radio stations began playing many of the same songs. By the late 2000s, the genres became more fully differentiated with only limited crossover. The Alternative Airplay chart features more alternative rock, indie pop, and pop punk artists while the Mainstream Rock chart leans towards more guitar-tinged blues rock, hard rock, and heavy metal.
Airplay is how frequently a song is being played through broadcasting on radio stations. A song which is being played several times every day (spins) would have a significant amount of airplay. Music which became very popular on jukeboxes, in nightclubs and at discotheques between the 1940s and 1960s would also have airplay.
Multiple record charts have been inaugurated in Romania since the 1990s. The Romanian Top 100 was the country's national chart until 2012. Founded in 1995, it was a ranking based on the compilation of charts submitted by local Romanian radio stations. The Romanian Top 100 was published weekly and was also announced during a radio show starting in 1998. Compilation of the list was first handled by Body M Production A-V, followed by Media Forest. In the 2010s, the chart was announced during a podcast on Kiss FM, but the broadcast ended in February 2012.

"Let's Make It Happen" is a single recorded by rapper Dimal. The song features vocals by Maltese singer-songwriter Lyndsay Pace. It was recorded in Malta but produced, mixed and mastered in Moscow (Russia) by a very well known Russian composer Ilya Ferre in August 2012.

Emma Louise Marie Muscat is a Maltese singer and model working in Italy. She represented Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with the song "I Am What I Am".

Chart rankings are based on digital sales and online streaming in South Africa through iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, and Deezer. The charts were launched in South Africa on 1 September 2021, becoming the only South African chart to focus on songs on digital music streaming services. The first official number-one hit on the chart was Ed Sheeran's "Bad Habits".

The song peaked at number one in Malta.

"Loop" is a song by Maltese singer Sarah Bonnici. Self-described as a positive love song, it was written by Bonnici alongside seven other songwriters. It was officially self-released on 14 March 2024, and represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö. It did not qualify for the Eurovision final, finishing 16th with 13 points during semi final 2.
