Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Kalavryta, and became a municipal unit of this municipality. The municipal unit has an area of 253.221 km2. The site of the ancient city of Cleitor is nearby.

Makryneia is a former municipality in Aetolia-Acarnania, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Agrinio, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 149.687 km2. Population 3,681 (2011). The seat of the municipality was in Gavalou. The municipal unit is located south and southeast of Lake Trichonida, and northwest of the mountain Arakynthos. There are farmlands near the lake shore, and forests on the mountain slopes. Makryneia is southeast of Agrinio, northeast of Missolonghi and northwest of Naupactus.

It is located in the eastern part of the regional unit, between the northwestern shores of the Argolic Gulf and northern Laconia. Its land area is 576.981 km². Its population is 10,341. The seat of the municipality is in Astros. Its largest other towns or villages are Ágios Andréas, Paralio Astros (1,043), Doliana (846), Ágios Pétros (717), Meligoú (684), Korakovoúni (659), Prastós (336) and Kastrí (335).

Esperies is a former municipality on the island of Corfu, Ionian Islands, Greece. Since the 2019 local government reform it is part of the municipality North Corfu, of which it is a municipal unit. It is located in the northwest corner of the island of Corfu. It has a land area of 54.462 square kilometres (21.03 sq mi) and a population of 6,990. The seat of the municipality was the town of Velonades. Its largest towns are Karousades, Avliotes (830), Peroulades (673), and Velonades.

Lefkimmi is a town and a former municipality on the island of Corfu, Ionian Islands, Greece. Since the 2019 local government reform it is part of the municipality South Corfu, of which it is a municipal unit. Its land area is 50.819 km² and its population was 5,800 at the 2011 census. Lefkimmi is the southernmost municipal unit on the island. Tourism is its main industry along with agriculture and other businesses. It features beaches, restaurants, shops, taverns and hotels. A canal passes through the eastern part of town. The municipal seat was the town of Lefkímmi. Its next largest towns are Kávos, Palaiochóri (459), Vitaládes (442), and Kritiká (453). Lefkimmi also is the second largest settlement of the island.

Faiakes is a former municipality on the island of Corfu, Ionian Islands, Greece. Since the 2019 local government reform it is part of the municipality Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands, of which it is a municipal unit. It is located in the northeastern part of the island of Corfu. It has a land area of 53.850 km² and a population of 6,545. The seat of the municipality was the town of Ypsos. Its largest towns are Káto Korakiána, Áno Korakiána (946), Ýpsos, Káto Ágios Márkos (867), and Spartýlas (517).

Argyrades is a village and a community in the southern part of the island of Corfu, Greece. It was the seat of the municipality of Korissia. In 2011 its population was 660 for the village and 1,719 for the community, which includes the villages Agios Georgios, Marathias and Neochoraki. Argyrades is situated in low hills, 4 km east of the Korissia Lagoon. It is 4 km northwest of Perivoli, 8 km west of Lefkimmi and 22 km south of the city of Corfu. The Greek National Road 25 passes through the village.

A.E. Lefkimmi Football Club is a Greek football club based in Lefkimmi, Corfu, Greece.

The 2019–20 Gamma Ethniki was the 37th season since the official establishment of the championship in 1983, but the 1st season as the fourth tier of the Greek Football. It will start on 22 September 2019. After the finish of the eight groups, the first team of each group will qualify for a playoff round of two groups, to determine which two teams will be promoted to Football League.
