The De La Salle Canlubang (DLSC), currently the De La Salle University Science and Technology Complex (DLSU-STC) and also known as the DLSU Leandro Locsin Campus, was a member institution of De La Salle Philippines, located in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines right across the Laguna Technopark district, where a portion of the campus is also within Santa Rosa City. The campus, which was established on 2003, was built on 55 hectares of prime property, donated by the family of the late National Artist for Architecture Leandro Locsin. Access to the campus is via the South Luzon Expressway off the Santa Rosa exit to Tagaytay City.

The De La Salle University Science and Technology Complex is a satellite campus of De La Salle University (DLSU) located in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines. The 55-hectare campus was built on land donated by the family of the late Philippine National Artist for Architecture alumnus Leandro Locsin. It was originally known as De La Salle Canlubang (DLSC), a district school of De La Salle Philippines that provided science and technology-based primary, secondary, and tertiary education. In 2012, the administrations of DLSU and DLSC approved the integration of DLSC to DLSU, becoming the DLSU Science and Technology Complex. DLSU-Manila's Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business also has a satellite graduate school that operates within DLSU-STC offering a Master of Business Administration degree.
Capitol Central, previously called the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol Complex, is a government complex and mixed-use estate centered around the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol, currently co-managed with Ayala Land. Certain portions are leased or sold to Ayala Land, as part of their industrial estate in Bacolod City, Philippines.
