The Qassim Province, also known as the Qassim Region, is one of the 13 provinces of Saudi Arabia. Located at the heart of the country near the geographic center of the Arabian Peninsula, it has a population of 1,336,179 and an area of 58,046 km2. It is known to be the "alimental basket" of the country, for its agricultural assets.

Unaizah or officially The Governorate of Unaizah is a Saudi Arabian city in the Al Qassim Province. It lies south of the province capital Buraydah and north of Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the second largest city in Al-Qassim Province with a population of 184,600.
Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Airport, formerly Qassim International Airport, is an international airport serving Buraidah, Saudi Arabia. Located in Buraidah and named after the former Crown Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz, it primarily serves the northern provinces of the kingdom. The Saudi Super Cup, or Diriyah Saudi Super Cup due to sponsorship reasons, is an annual super cup football match organized by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation. Founded in 2013 as a two-team competition, the current version has been contested since 2022–23 by four teams: the winners and runners-up of the King Cup and Pro League. From 2013 until 2018, the competition was held the week before the season began in Saudi Arabia. Since the 2019 edition, it has been held mid-season.
The Riyadh–Qurayyat line is a railway line in Saudi Arabia that connects the cities of Riyadh and Qurayyat. The 1,242 km line begins at Al-Qurrayat and passes through Al-Jouf, Hail and Al-Qassim regions before terminating in Riyadh. The line shares infrastructure with the SAR North–South Railway line between Buraidah and Al Nafud.
The 2020 Saudi Super Cup was the 7th edition of the Saudi Super Cup, an annual football match played between the winners of the previous season's Saudi Pro League and King's Cup. It was played on 30 January 2021 for the second time at the King Fahd International Stadium, Riyadh, between Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr. With Al-Hilal winning both the 2019–20 Saudi Pro League championship and the 2019–20 King Cup, the game was played between Al-Hilal and the 2019–20 Saudi Pro League runners-up, Al-Nassr.

Riyadh Water Tower, locally known as Burj al-Khazzaan or simply al-Khazzaan, is a 61-meters tall conical-shaped cylindrical water tower and a prominent cultural landmark in the al-Futah neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Designed by Swedish architect Sune Lindström and modeled after the Svampen water tower in Örebro, Sweden, it was the tallest structure in the country at the time of its inauguration in 1971 and is today located within the precincts of al-Watan Park in the King Abdulaziz Historical Center. The famous Khazan Street in the city is named after the water tower.
