The demoscene is an international computer art subculture focused on producing demos: self-contained, sometimes extremely small, computer programs that produce audio-visual presentations. The purpose of a demo is to show off programming, visual art, and musical skills. Demos and other demoscene productions are shared at festivals known as demoparties, voted on by those who attend, and released online.
The Assembly demoparty is a demoscene and gaming event in Finland. The main organizers of the event are Pekka Aakko and Jussi Laakkonen. The Summer event takes place every year between late July and early August, and lasts three to four days, and the Winter event is held in January or February. The most recent Assembly was held from 3 to 6 August 2018 at Messukeskus in Helsinki.
Breakpoint was a German demoscene party. From 2003 to 2010, it took place annually at Easter in Bingen.

Queen: The eYe is an action-adventure electronic video game that was released in 1998 by Electronic Arts, and featured music by the rock group Queen which was remixed exclusively for The eYe by Joshua J. Macrae at Roger Taylor's studio in Surrey. The game is set in the future where the world is ruled by an all-seeing machine called "The eYe" which has eradicated everything that promotes creative expression. The player takes the role of Dubroc, a secret agent of The eYe who in the course of his duties has re-discovered a database of popular rock music, and is sentenced to death in "The Arena", a live television show broadcast through satellites to the world in which the contestant battles fighting arena champions called the Watchers. From there Dubroc goes on a quest to destroy The eYe. Many elements of the story were adapted into the Queen musical We Will Rock You.

Oobu Joobu was a radio show created by Paul McCartney in 1995 and described by McCartney as "wide-screen radio". The program aired on the American radio network Westwood One and its name was inspired by a BBC production of Alfred Jarry's Ubu Cocu. Because the show's material included demos, rehearsals, live performances, and unreleased recordings of Paul McCartney and The Beatles, many of the programs have been bootlegged. Now, The Beatles Channel on Sirius XM often plays Oobu Joobu clips.
The Biggest Bang is a four-disc concert DVD collection released by the Rolling Stones. The collection documents several shows from the band's 2005–2006 legs of their A Bigger Bang Tour. The DVD debuted at number one on Billboard's music video chart, selling 20,422 copies during the first week, and had sold almost 48,000 copies by mid-September 2007. By 2012 it was certified seven times multi-platinum in the United States for shipments of some 175,000 sets. "Lotus Intro" is a song recorded by American singer Christina Aguilera for her seventh studio album, Lotus (2012). Written by Aguilera, Dwayne Abernathy, Candice Pillay and Alex da Kid, the song is about her rebirth as an artist, and is a representation of the symbolic nature of the Lotus Flower. "Lotus Intro" was created from Aguilera's passion for "chill-out" electronica music, and incorporates electronic and electronica styles. The Hunting Party Tour was the eleventh concert tour by American rock band Linkin Park. It was launched in support of Linkin Park's sixth studio album, The Hunting Party (2014). The tour was partially announced in May 2014 through a teaser released after the release of trailer of a co-headlined tour Carnivores Tour by Linkin Park and Thirty Seconds to Mars. Later, the tour was officially announced on November 23 with a whole trailer in promotion. Its first leg under the name European Tour began on May 30, 2014, in Lisboa, Portugal, and ended on June 14 in Castle Donington, England, where they played Hybrid Theory as a whole album. The tour features special guests Of Mice & Men and Rise Against. On January 15, 2015, the band begun the world tour for The Hunting Party with the first leg under North American Tour. During a show at Indianapolis, Chester Bennington injured his leg, which led to the cancellation of the tour North American Tour. The band continued the world tour on May 9, performing at the first edition of Rock In Rio in America. It is the last full tour to feature Chester Bennington as vocalist before his death in 2017.
