Darlene Jenise "McCoy" Johnson, is an American gospel singer, songwriter, author, radio personality, and Christian R&B recording artist. She started her music career, in 2005, with the release of Fallen in Love single by EMI Gospel. She would release a precursor extended play, in 2007's Fallen in Love, again with EMI Gospel. This will lead into the release of Darlene McCoy later on that year. This album was her breakthrough release on the Billboard magazine charts, which it placed on the Gospel Albums chart. She is the First African American Female to host a nightly syndicated radio show, as she is the host of Nightly Spirit under Reach Media Inc.
Natalie Wilson, is an American gospel musician and artist. She started her music career, in 2000, with the release of Girl Director by Interscope Records. This would be her Billboard magazine breakthrough release upon the Gospel Albums and the R&B Albums charts. Her second album, Good Life, was released in 2003 by GospoCentric. The album would chart again on the two aforementioned charts.
Edletha Lorraine McClendon, who goes by the stage name Lisa McClendon, is an American Jazz gospel Soul artist. She started her music career, in 2002, with the release of My Diary, Your Life by Shabach Entertainment. Her second album, Soul Music, released in 2003 by Epic Records and Integrity Gospel. This would be her Billboard magazine breakthrough release upon the Gospel Albums chart. The third album, Live from the House of Blues, was released in 2006 by Columbia Records alongside Epic Records and Integrity Gospel. The album would chart again, but this time around on the Heatseekers Albums chart as well. She would release an independent album on Blusoul Records in 2009, Reality, and this charted on the Gospel Albums chart. In 2015, she released the long-awaited album 5AM, The Sound of Waking up to Him.
Minister Nancey Jackson Johnson is an American gospel musician, and is currently the creative arts director and minister for Greater St. John M.E.R. that is located in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Her first album, Nancey Jackson, was released by Savoy Records in 1991. She released, Free , with Harmony Records in 1997, and this was a Billboard magazine breakthrough release upon the Gospel Albums. The third album, Relationships, was released in 1999 with Harmony Records, and this charted upon the aforementioned chart.
Kelli Evon Williams-Malcolm is an American gospel musician. Her first album, Kelli Williams, was released by Sony Music Entertainment in 1995. The subsequent album, I Get Lifted, was released in 1998 by Word Records in association with Epic Records, and this was a Billboard magazine breakthrough release upon the Gospel Albums chart. She released, In the Myx, with the Word Records in tandem with Epic Records in 2000.
Cheneta Jones is an American urban contemporary gospel artist and musician. She started her music career, in 2012, with the release of the studio album, Transformed, by Habakkuk Music, and this charted on two Billboard charts Top Gospel Albums and the Heatseekers Albums chart.
Maren Larae Morris is an American country singer. She has released two studio albums. Her 2015 extended play, Maren Morris, charted on two Billboard charts. Her major label debut album, Hero, reached number five on the Billboard 200 chart and number one on the Top Country Albums chart, and was certified platinum in the United States. Morris is also a member of the Highwomen, a group also consisting of Brandi Carlile, Amanda Shires and Natalie Hemby.

Zie'l are an African-American all-female Christian R&B and urban contemporary gospel group, who primarily plays contemporary R&B and soul music. They come from Shreveport, Louisiana, where the group started making music in 1998. The group have released two studio albums, Genesis and Zie'l . Their second album was the groups breakthrough album on the Billboard magazine charts. It has been announced lead singer Christina Bell will be portraying Twinkie Clark in upcoming biopic on The Clark Sisters set to air on Lifetime.
Erica Monique Campbell is an American urban contemporary gospel, Christian R&B and contemporary R&B singer and songwriter. She started her music career in 1998 with her younger sister, Tina Campbell, as part of the gospel music group, Mary Mary. Her solo music career began in 2013, and has since released two albums with Entertainment One Music, which both charted on the Billboard magazine charts. She won a Grammy Award for Best Gospel Album at the 57th edition of the event. Since May 2016, she has been the host of Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell with comedian Griff, currently distributed by Reach Media, the syndication arm of Urban One.
Trecina Evette "Tina" Campbell is an American urban contemporary gospel, Christian R&B and contemporary R&B recording artist and musician. She started her music career in 1998 with her older sister, Erica Campbell, as part of the gospel music group, Mary Mary. Her solo music career began in 2014, and has since released one studio album with Gee Tree Creative, where it charted on the Billboard magazine chart. She released her second studio album, It's Still Personal on September 29, 2017.
Margaret Bell-Byars is an American gospel musician, who is a traditional black gospel and Christian R&B recording artist. She started her music career, in 1980, when enrolled at Oral Roberts University, signing in their choir. Her only studio album, Over and Over, was released in 1991, with Warner Alliance Music. This album was her breakthrough release upon the Billboard magazine charts.
