Boney M. was a Euro-Caribbean vocal group created by German record producer Frank Farian, who was the group's primary songwriter. Originally based in West Germany, the four original members of the group's official line-up were Liz Mitchell and Marcia Barrett from Jamaica, Maizie Williams from Montserrat and Bobby Farrell, a performing artist from Aruba. The group was formed in 1976 and achieved popularity during the disco era of the late 1970s. Since the 1980s, various line-ups of the band have performed with different personnel.

"Stay " is a song by American singer-songwriter Lisa Loeb. It was released in May 1994 as the lead single from the original movie soundtrack to Reality Bites (1994). The song was written and composed by Loeb herself, while production was handled by Juan Patiño. "Stay" was originally conceived in 1990, at one point with the intent of selling it to Daryl Hall for a project he was seeking music for. Upon deciding to use the song herself, Loeb's neighbor and friend, actor Ethan Hawke heard the song and submitted it to Ben Stiller for use in the film he was directing, Reality Bites. The song plays over the film's closing credits. Musically, "Stay" is a pop rock song that was also influenced by folk music. It is in the key of Db major. Lyrically, the song deals with a relationship that has recently ended, but the narrator is now regretful.

He was the co-founder of the rock band Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids , and was the guitarist for the band until 1996. After leaving Marilyn Manson, Putesky was involved in a number of other projects such as Three ton Gate, The Linda Blairs, Jack Off Jill, Stuck on Evil, Kill Miss Pretty, and The Daisy Kids.
Cindy Valentine is an Italian born composer, producer, actress and performing artist, raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada who is now a U.S. citizen, residing primarily in New York, New York. Valentine hit the Billboard Dance/Club charts in 1987 and 1989 with "Secret Rendez-Vous" and "Pick Up the Pieces ", both songs co-written by Tony Green and Cindy Valentine.
