"Losin' Your Mind" is the first single from the self-titled debut album by American rock band Pride & Glory. A music video was produced for the song, recorded in the swamps of New Orleans.
The song's opening notes are played on a banjo, which guitarist/vocalist Zakk Wylde hoped would produce a contrast making the guitar part sound heavier. "I had the initial riff which lent itself well to banjo. After first trying it on acoustic, I thought, 'Let's put the banjo on there and then have the band come crushing in", he recalled. [1]
The song was heavily influenced by the Southern rock Wylde grew up listening to. "That all comes from my love of Cream, The Allman Brothers, Skynyrd and The Marshall Tucker Band. I really love that style of music", he stated. [1]

No Rest for the Wicked is the fifth studio album by English heavy metal vocalist Ozzy Osbourne. It was released on October 22, 1988, and was re-issued / remastered on August 22, 1995, and again on June 25, 2002. The album was certified gold in December 1988 and has since gone double platinum. He is best known for his tenure as the lead guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne and as the founder, lead guitarist, and lead singer of the heavy metal band Black Label Society. His signature bulls-eye design appears on many of his guitars and is widely recognized. He was also the lead guitarist and vocalist of Pride & Glory, who released one self-titled album in 1994 before disbanding. As a solo artist, he released the albums Book of Shadows and Book of Shadows II.

White Lion was a Danish/American rock band that was formed in New York City in 1983 by Danish vocalist/guitarist Mike Tramp and American guitarist Vito Bratta. Mainly active in the 1980s and early 1990s, they released their debut album Fight to Survive in 1985. The band achieved success with their No. 8 hit "Wait" and No. 3 hit "When the Children Cry" from their second album, the double platinum selling Pride. Sonic Brew is the debut studio album by American heavy metal band Black Label Society, released on October 28, 1998 in Japan and May 4, 1999 in the US by Spitfire Records. Unlike the albums that followed, this album still possessed a distinct Southern rock overtone that up to this time had predominated Zakk Wylde's solo writing style. The album was initially released in Japan on October 28, 1998. It contained 13 tracks ; the cover art was printed on clear plastic, with a separate paper booklet. The back cover was printed with golden ink, and the packaging was, overall, a lot higher quality than all later versions.

Grimmest Hits is the tenth studio album by American heavy metal band Black Label Society. The album was released on January 19, 2018. According to AllMusic, the sound of the album was inspired by Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. Zakk Wylde admitted in an interview with Billboard that he "just wanted to confuse people," regarding its title.
