Lothar Spiegelberg (born 24 October 1939) is a former German cyclist. He competed in the individual pursuit at the 1964 Summer Olympics. [1]

He also won four gold medals in the 1 km time trial (amateurs) at the 1977, 1978, 1979 and 1981 world championships respectively, thus winning all kilo events at the major international competitions in five consecutive years. In 1981 he was elected East German Sportspersonality of the year.
