Suon Bou, known as Loto (1936-August 7, 2006), was a Cambodian actor. [1]
Loto was a famous comic actor during the "Sangkum Reastr Niyum" era, and was featured in many well-known films of the time. He was consistently cast in comic roles because of his size. [1] He is the shortest star in Cambodian history. [1] He died after al long illness on August 7, 2006, at his home in Russey village, sangkat Stung Mean Chey, khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh Cambodia. [2]

The monarchy of Cambodia refers to the constitutional monarchy of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The King of Cambodia is the head of state and head of the ruling Royal House of Norodom. In the contemporary period, the king's power has been limited to that of a symbolic figurehead. The monarchy had been in existence since at least 50 AD except during its abolition from 1970 to 1993. Since 1993, the king of Cambodia has been an elected monarch, making Cambodia one of the few elective monarchies of the world. The king is elected for life by the Royal Council of the Throne, which consists of several senior political and religious figures. Candidates are chosen from among male descendants of King Ang Duong who are at least 30 years old, from the two royal houses of Cambodia.
The International School of Phnom Penh (ISPP) is an international school located at the Mean Chey district in the city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It is a private, non-profit, English language, coeducational day school that offers educational programs starting at early years 1 through Grade 12. The school was founded in 1989. Around 900 students were enrolled for the year of 2024 who represent 50 countries. This makes it a well diversified school which introduces a good culture mix for the students.
Chey Chettha II was a king of Cambodia who reigned from Oudong, about 40 km (25 mi) northwest of modern-day Phnom Penh, from 1618 to 1628. He was the son of King Srei Soriyopear. He is noted for moving the royal capital from Srei Sonthor to Oudong, and for his cooperation with the Nguyễn Lords of Vietnam against the Siamese, which led to the Vietnamese annexation of the Mekong Delta, including the city of Prey Nokor—the precursor of modern-day Ho Chi Minh City.

Thon Chey, Thmenh Chey, or Dhanañjaya is the protagonist of a Khmer narrative tradition. He is paired with his symmetrical opposite, A Chey. While insufficient research does not yet allow scholars to identify the oldest known extant publication about the folk hero, its background is set during the Cambodian Golden Age, or the Angkorian era, even though other scholars date it to the 16th- or 17th-century feudal society of Cambodia. The character may have been based on a historical person. According to Khmer scholar Khing Hoc Dy, Thon Chey is "the best-known of all Khmer tales and legends."
