Sarah Elizabeth Ulmer is a New Zealand former competitive cyclist. She is the first New Zealander to win an Olympic cycling gold medal, which she won in the 3km individual pursuit at the 2004 Athens Olympics setting a world record.
David O'Loughlin is an Irish former professional cyclist, who rode at the World Championship and Olympic levels, and won Ireland's first UCI World Cup Track medal. O'Loughlin also won the national road championship three times.

Janet Susan Birkmyre is an English track racing cyclist. She took up cycling in 2003 and raced for the first time in 2004. Since then she has been an elite British National Champion three times, winning the National Scratch race in 2012 as well as the National Derny Championships in 2015 and 2008, she has also won the National Omnium Series eight times. In addition, she has taken 44 World Masters Championship titles, plus 28 European Masters titles and 69 National Masters titles.
Hannah Mayho is an English road and track cyclist from Cullingworth, West Yorkshire, and a member of British Cycling's Olympic Academy Squad. A former county netball player and cross-country runner, Mayho began cycling in 2006 having been spotted at her school by British Cycling's Talent Team, she was then coached by their coaches Phil West and Frances Newstead. At first she concentrated on athletics, but, seeing the pathway to success more clearly defined in cycling, she chose to concentrate on that sport.
Dame Sarah Joanne Storey, is a British Paralympic athlete in cycling and swimming, and a multiple gold medalist in the Paralympic Games, and six times British (able-bodied) national track champion. Her total of 28 Paralympic medals including 17 gold medals makes her the most successful and most decorated British Paralympian of all time as well as one of the most decorated Paralympic athletes of all time. She has the unique distinction of winning five gold medals in Paralympics before turning 19.
Caroline Ryan is an Irish former rower, and racing cyclist. Ryan won the bronze medal in the women's points race at the 2012 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, Ireland's first medal at a senior track cycling world championship since Harry Reynolds took gold in 1896 and bronze in 1897. Ryan won the time trial at the Irish National Cycling Championships three times.
Annette Edmondson is an Australian former cyclist who competed on the track with Cycling Australia's High Performance Unit (HPU). She also competed on the road for the Wiggle High5 team between 2015 and 2018.

Jolien D'hoore is a Belgian former track and road cyclist, who rode professionally between 2007 and 2021 for the Topsport Vlaanderen–Ridley, Lotto–Belisol Ladies, Wiggle High5, Mitchelton–Scott and SD Worx teams. D'hoore is a 29-time national track champion as well as a four-time national road champion at all competition levels. She won the bronze medal in the omnium at the 2016 Olympics and during her career was one of the strongest sprinters in the women's peloton. Since retiring as a rider, D'hoore now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–Soudal–Quick-Step.
Angie Sabrina González Garcia is a Venezuelan track and road cyclist. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, she competed in the women's road race, finishing in 57th place. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's Omnium, finishing in 18th (last) place overall.
Elinor Jane Barker is a Welsh road and track racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Team Uno-X Mobility. Representing Great Britain in international competitions, Barker is an Olympic champion, a three-time World champion and seven-time European champion in the team pursuit, as well as a three-time World champion in the points and scratch races, a World champion in the Madison, a two-time European Madison champion and one time European Elimination race champion. Representing Wales, Barker was also the 2018 Commonwealth Games Points race champion.
Eugenia Bujak is a racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam UAE Team ADQ. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's road race in Florence for Poland, and has represented Slovenia in competition since 2018.

Huang Ting-ying is a track and road cyclist from Taiwan. She competed on the track in the sprint event at the 2009 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. In 2015, she won the road race at the Asian Cycling Championships.
Verena Eberhardt is an Austrian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team IBCT. Representing Austria at international competitions, Eberhardt competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the points race event and scratch event.
