Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium is a baseball field in Lakeland, Florida. The 8,500-seat stadium was opened in 1966 and has had multiple renovations, most recently in 2017. It was named after local resident and former Lakeland Parks and Recreation Director Marcus "Joker" Marchant. It is the spring training home of the Detroit Tigers and the regular-season home of the minor league affiliates Lakeland Flying Tigers and Gulf Coast Tigers.
Ouachita National Recreation Trail is a 223-mile (359 km) long, continuous hiking trail through the Ouachita Mountains of Oklahoma and Arkansas. It is the longest backpacking trail in the Ouachita National Forest, spanning 192 miles across its length. Approximately 177 miles of the trail is in Arkansas and 46 miles of the trail is in Oklahoma. The trail is used by hikers, backpackers, hunters, and mountain bikers. It is a non-motorized single track trail open only to foot traffic and partially open to mountain bicycles. Segments opened to mountain bikes are from the western terminus of the Ouachita Trail at Talimena State Park to the Big Cedar trailhead on US Highway 259 at approximately Mile Marker (MM) 30.5 in Oklahoma, and from the Talimena Scenic Drive Trailhead at MM 54.1, east to Highway 7 at mile 160.4, north of Jessieville, Arkansas.
The Seaborn Jones Memorial Park, formerly known as Wayside Park, was renamed in 2002 after Seaborn Jones because of his generosity and other significant contributions that he made to the city. The park sits in the middle of the Historical Downtown district of the City of Rockmart, Georgia along the banks of the Euharlee Creek. The name Euharlee comes from the Cherokee or Creek Indians and means "she laughs as she runs."
Lake Canyon is shaped somewhat like a lower-case "n." This lake is a manmade freshwater lake in south Lakeland, Florida. It appears to have been a mine excavation that was landscaped to become a lake. This lake has a 10.51-acre (42,500 m2) surface area. Lake Canyon is pretty much surrounded by residences and the dry land that fills in the inside of the "n" has houses on the east side and a very thin strip of vacant land on the other side of the road.
Acton was a community in Polk County, Florida, United States. The town was situated two miles east of Lakeland which it preceded. It was a settlement of English people from Great Britain. It was established in 1884 named for Lord Acton. The community began dispersing to Lakeland in 1889 and disappeared after the great freeze of 1894. A historical marker in Interlachen Park commemorates its history.
Clearwater Lake Recreation Area and the Clearwater Lake Campground are located by Clearwater Lake along the southeastern edge of the Ocala National Forest in Central Florida outside Paisley, Florida in Lake County, Florida. The recreation area has 42 campsites, a picnic area, and a beach in an area of oak hammock at 24511 County Road 42. The lake covers 32 acres. The recreation area has access to hiking and biking trails. Canoe rentals are offered. There is also a nature trail by the lake, mountain biking on the Paisley Woods Bicycle Trail, and access to the Florida Trail. The area is also used by kayakers.
Lake Bonny, is a lake in Polk County, Florida, in the United States. It has a surface area of 249 acres, a mean depth of 3 feet (0.91 m) and a maximum depth of 11 feet (3.4 m). The lake is a part of the Peace River - Saddle Creek Watershed.

The Auburndale TECO Trail is a 6.5-mile (10.5 km) multi-use path in Auburndale, Florida, United States. The southern terminus of the trail is at Denton Avenue, just east of Berkley Road and directly south of the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. At the northern terminus, the trail joins the General James A. Van Fleet State Trail in Polk City. Plentiful parking is available at both trailheads. The route is almost completely flat, with an ascent of less than 5 feet (1.5 m). The trail is approximately 12 feet (3.7 m) wide and, like the Van Fleet Trail, it was constructed on an abandoned Seaboard Air Line Railroad corridor. The path is maintained by Polk County in cooperation with TECO Energy, and is sometimes referred to as the Van Fleet Trail extension. Future plans include connecting the trail to the Hilochee Wildlife Management area.
Se7en Wetlands is a City of Lakeland water utility and park, located south of Lakeland, Florida. The public may visit by using one of the two public entrances, located at Loyce E.Harpe Park and Lakeland Highlands Scrub.
