Luanda is a constituency in Kenya. It is one of five constituencies in Vihiga County and was established in 2013 [1] [2] The current MP is Dick Maungu Oyugi of Democratic Action Party Kenya - (DAP-K) as for 2022-2027 period. It has a population of 106,694 people (2019 census). [3]
Busia is a county in the former Western Province of Kenya. In 2019's census, Vihiga was found to have a population of 590,013, an increase of 35,391 from 2009's count.
