Lucinda Finley is the Frank G. Raichle Professor of Trial and Appellate Advocacy at the University at Buffalo.
She has a 1980 J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, and a 1977 B.A. from Barnard College. Prior to joining the Buffalo law faculty, she was on the Yale Law School faculty, and she has also been a visiting professor at the University of Sydney Law School in Australia and an adjunct professor at Cornell Law School. In 1999, she was the distinguished visiting professor at DePaul University Law School in Chicago.
She was additionally appointed vice provost for faculty affairs in February 2005, a position she held until 2014. [1]

Canisius College is a private Jesuit college in Buffalo, New York. It was founded in 1870 by Jesuits from Germany and is named after St. Peter Canisius. Canisius offers more than 100 undergraduate majors and minors, and around 34 master's and certificate programs.
The University at Buffalo School of Law is a graduate professional school at the University at Buffalo. Founded in 1887 and affiliate with Niagara University until 1891, it is the State University of New York (SUNY) system's only law school. U.S. News & World Report ranks the University at Buffalo School of Law 94th (tied) in the nation for 2022. The University at Buffalo School of Law is No. 1 in Thomson Reuter's "Super Lawyers" ranking of law graduates practicing in Upstate New York, which includes 54 of the 62 counties in New York State. This is in addition to the UB Law School's 2010 national ranking, where it placed 48th out of the 180 law schools in the country that produced Super Lawyers, a measure which examines "twelve indicators of professional achievement". Also, Malcolm Gladwell, in the New Yorker Magazine, devised a formula that ranks UB within the top 50 whereas Reuters ranks UB Law as 48th overall in the nation.
Thomas Eugene Baker is a constitutional law scholar, Professor of Law, and founding member of the Florida International University College of Law. With four decades of teaching experience, Baker has authored eighteen books, including two leading casebooks, has published more than 200 scholarly articles in leading law journals, and has received numerous teaching awards.
A casebook is a type of textbook used primarily by students in law schools. Rather than simply laying out the legal doctrine in a particular area of study, a casebook contains excerpts from legal cases in which the law of that area was applied. It is then up to the student to analyze the language of the case in order to determine what rule was applied and how the court applied it. Casebooks sometimes also contain excerpts from law review articles and legal treatises, historical notes, editorial commentary, and other related materials to provide background for the cases.
Theodore J. St. Antoine is an American lawyer and legal scholar. He has served on the faculty of the University of Michigan Law School since 1965 and is currently the James E. and Sarah A. Degan Professor Emeritus of Law at the school. St. Antoine served as dean of the Law School from 1971 to 1978.

Ronald J. Rychlak is an American lawyer, jurist, author and political commentator. He is a Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Mississippi School of Law and is holder of the Jamie L. Whitten Chair in Law and Government. He is known for his published works, career as an attorney, and writings on the role of Pope Pius XII in World War II.
James Joseph "Jim" Tomkovicz is an American educator and legal scholar. He is a professor of law at the University of Iowa College of Law. Tomkovicz has authored six amicus curiae briefs in the Supreme Court of the United States; most recently, he was on the winning side of a 5–4 decision in Arizona v. Gant.
Daniel D. Blinka is a practicing trial lawyer and law professor at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a scholar, Blinka focuses primarily on evidence law, criminal procedure, and American history. He teaches evidence, trial advocacy, criminal law, constitutional criminal procedure, ethics, and American history. Blinka holds a Ph.D. in American history and a JD from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he has also taught history courses.
Jules Leslie Coleman is a scholar of law and jurisprudence. He was the Wesley Newcomb Hohfeld Professor of Jurisprudence and Professor of Philosophy at Yale Law School until 2012. Jules currently is chief academic officer at MYX, a new, hybrid approach to higher education with campuses launching globally beginning in fall 2021. Prior to joining MYX, he most recently served as the Senior Vice Provost for Academic Planning at New York University.
Thomas Kevin Clancy is an American legal educator and lawyer. He is a professor emeritus at the University of Mississippi School of Law and lectures nationally on cyber crime and the Fourth Amendment, which regulates governmental searches and seizures. He previously served as the Director of the National Center for Justice and the Rule of Law at the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was a Research Professor. He took emeritus status on July 1, 2014. Clancy received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and is a graduate of Vermont Law School.
Gillian L. L. Lester is the 15th Dean of Columbia Law School. She joined Columbia Law School on January 1, 2015, as Dean and Lucy G. Moses Professor of Law. Previously, Lester was acting dean of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where she had been a professor since 2006. Before that, she was a full professor at the School of Law of the University of California, Los Angeles.
Pauline Kim, a specialist in employment law, is the Charles Nagel Chair of Constitutional Law and Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis and the Co-Director of its Center for Empirical Research in the Law.
John Anthony Devereux is a professor of law at the University of Queensland.
Anita Nancy Bernstein is an American tort law scholar, with expertise in feminist jurisprudence and legal ethics. She is the Anita and Stuart Subotnick Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School.
Hannah L. Buxbaum is vice president for international affairs at Indiana University. She is a professor at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, where she holds the John E. Schiller Chair in Legal Ethics. She was appointed vice president for international affairs in 2018. From 2015-2018, she served as the inaugural academic director of the IU Europe Gateway in Berlin.
Teresa Ann Miller was an American professor, author, legal scholar, educator, and administrator. At the time of her death in August 2021, she was senior vice chancellor for strategic initiatives and chief diversity officer to State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor Jim Malatras. She previously served as vice chancellor and chief of staff to Chancellor Kristina M. Johnson.
Margaret Raymond is an American legal scholar who is professor of law and was formerly the Fred W. and Vi Miller dean at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Her research interests include ethics and criminal law.
Susan Poser is the current and first female president of Hofstra University, having succeeded retiring president Stuart Rabinowitz on August 1, 2021. Before being named to the Hofstra post, she was chief operating officer, provost, and vice chancellor for academic affairs at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
